Cute, but you get what you pay for - I bought this in 8 and 8.5, in silver, as a versatile dress shoe to wear with lots of formal dresses. It is really cute, but I was bummed to find that the construction is flimsy (i.e. stitching visible, frayed holes in strap). Since I bought 2 pairs to try, I know that the construction is endemic to the shoe (not a sole damaged pair). However, for the relatively low price, I couldn't be too grumpy about it. The size was right on (I normally wear an 8 & the 8 fit better than the 8.5, so I returned the 8.5).

Wonderful shoes - I was looking for a pair of silver dress sandals that I could wear to a dance, and this fits the description perfectly. The silver color is not too bright, and I like the bow detail in front. The heel is low enough that I can dance all evening, but still high enough to make my legs look slightly longer. I think these would go well with both short and long dresses. I freaked out at first when I opened the box because the shoes were wrapped in bright hot pink tissue paper and I was worried that the pink might have rubbed off on the shoes. However, the shoes were separately wrapped in plastic bags – how thoughtful! Only problems I had with these shoes were that the tops of my toes felt slightly pinched when I was wearing them, and I wish the leftover ankle strap past the buckle wouldn't stick out so much. Overall, I'm really excited to wear these shoes!

Pretty shoe! I really enjoy the shoes. The color is perfect! They are true to size and the heel height is comfortable. We do ballroom dancing, so I look for a shoe with an ankle strap and a smooth sole. This fits the requirement perfectly.

Great shoe...for a wedding! I bought these to wear for my wedding in August...yes, purple shoes with my white wedding dress! I have yet to wear them for a full day, but they look great, have good padding, a non-skid sole and a moderate heel. They are really cute in person! I normally wear an 8 1/2 but needed to size up to 9 to have it fit properly. Shipping was easy and so was returning the wrong size. I wanted something darker purple, but because they feel so good I kept them. The bright violet is definitely a true bright purple.

Great Shoes - I got the purple pair of Jemmys, and they are cute! The heel is not quite as high as I would like for this type of shoe, but the upside is they are very comfortable for a night out. I like Chinese Laundry, and I LOVE Zappos!

I got these in purple, and they are divine! Wore them out with the girls, and at work. The band over the toe pinches my big toes slightly, but I think it will be more comfortable after more wearings. Other than that, they are comfy shoes.

Lovely bridal shoe - I was looking for the perfect wedding shoe for a fall wedding. This shoe had everything that I was looking for. Although I have not bought my dress yet, I know it will be ivory and wanted a shoe to match! Also the shoe is sexy, classic, and comfortable. I am not that good in shoes with high heels. So this shoe is perfect. I plan to dance the night away in it!

Cute, sassy, goes with everything shoe - I ordered these in taupe to wear to a wedding, and am pleased that they'll be perfect for most any dressy occasion. I think it's hard to find a dress shoe that will work with most dresses and seasons, but these do just that! I would highly recommend them. They seem to be well made and the tie on top makes them quite cute. My toes ached a little after a couple hours of wear, but I experience that in any heel. Plus, I have very long, narrow feet and was pleased that my toes didn't come out the front too far.
