Spectacular extra wide shoe - Loved these the moment I put them on. I have extra wide and extra tender feet, yet I want something that doesn't look orthopedic, and these were perfect. I only wish they came in more colors in my size, especially brown.

My Business Shoes - This is my wardrobe staple. I am on my feet a lot in a corporate environment, and these shoes are comfortable and stylish. I do not know what I would do without Magdesians, since I have a hard to fit foot. The leather is soft and molds to my foot. I wish the heel was a bit lower, though. But I reorder this shoe whenever it is in stock in my size.

Heel Rub - Surprised with a size 14 foot, these shoes are great, but rub the back of one heel, can't seem to fix problem, must always wear band aid. The look when I where jeans or dress pants great. Wish the soles were thicker...

Perfect low-volume 12 AAAA - I ordered two pairs, one was defective and had to be returned, so I ordered two more to replace the one returned. Fits my pronated 12 AAAA snuggly but with a bit too much pressure on that boney point on top of the foot. I assume a little wearing will solve that, and I WILL wear them because they look and fit great otherwise. Definitely need a shoehorn to get on--I love it! A shoehorn beats thick socks and inserts any day. Usually only the bottom of my foot hits any part of a shoe, it's nice to have shoes where the sides and top actually contact my foot. Try them if you have low-volume, thin, narrow feet.

Good looking, although not true to width - These shoes are so good looking but were so narrow. The "C" width felt more like a narrow.

So soft. Had surgery on my foot so I needed something very comfortable. I bought a pair and when my sister saw them, she wanted a pair. She is very happy with them.

Comfortable! I ordered these because of the reviewer who said they worked with her orthotics. I just love them! I had to use a shoehorn at first to get my foot in with the orthotics also, but after a week or so they loosened up a little. They are very comfortable, attractive and go with so many outfits! I have a wide foot and a difficult time finding shoes. I can wear these all day with no difficulty.

This shoe is so easy to walk in. My foot is thin with a narrow hill, so I have a problem getting shoes that fit securely. Most shoes that I have slip off as I attempt to walk. These fit snug without pinching. I feel so secure when walking in these shoes.

Finally, COMFORT! I have a narrow foot, especially my heel and have a very difficult time finding shoes to fit. These are wonderful! First time in years I don't have to put in inserts to try to make a shoe fit without falling off. Thank You! I just wish Magdesians where a little cheaper. It's tough on my budget.

Not a true WW - I usually wear a 9 WW in a dress shoe and with these shoes I ended up with a 10 WW. Still, they are not quite wide enough. Even though the fit is pretty snug, the elastic helps so there is enough give in the shoe to wear them to work. What is important to me is that I have very thick orthotics and these shoes fit them without my heel coming out of the shoe. Also, I've gotten a lot of complements on how nice they look.

Classy Shoe - This is a very good looking shoe and quite comfortable. Just the right look with pants suit. Probably wouldn't want to walk a mile, or stand all day in them but they are not bad for comfort.

Ideal for orthotics - It's very difficult to find a classy shoe when you wear orthotics. This shoe has a high back which means that raising your heel with an orthotic inside the shoe will not result in having the back slide off your heel when you walk. Sandals don't conceal the orthotic, so the closed instep on this shoe is perfect. Because it comes to a stylish point at the toe, it was necessary for me to ship back my size 8WW and order an exchange for size 8 1/2 WW. This exchange was handled promptly at no extra charge. Finally, this shoe gives excellent support to foot and lower ankle, a design absolutely necessary if I'm to wear anything other than a perfectly flat shoe. I really love the look and the comfort this shoe gives me.

Blister within an hour - Great looking shoe. Wore them from my house to the car to the museum and within that hour the heel was already painful. During the next hour the shoe had rubbed my ankle raw. It took weeks for it to heal. However, Zappos just credited my account after I returned them with no problems.

Thanks Zappos! I love the look of this shoe and the incredible way it fits my narrow foot, especially at the heel. When I read other reviews that indicated it was a good narrow shoe, I immediately ordered it and it was perfect for me. My only wish is that it was a bit more cushioned. I ordered a Naturalizer shoe in narrow and had to return it as it was too wide for me. This was my first time trying Magdesian, and I'll definitely try some of their other styles. I've always found it very difficult to find narrow shoes in stores, so I was thrilled to find your website. My experience was very positive and I'll be ordering again soon. I gave up ordering from catalogs because of the return shipping costs. Your return policy is great and easy.

Sharp-looking but uncomfortable - This shoe has a good look to it...stylish and up to date. But the heel leather is extremely stiff and is cut too high. Within an hour, I had a major sore spot on the back of my ankle. Maybe you will find these comfortable, but I sure didn't.

Magdesian Wescot - A really good looking shoe, especially with slacks.The leather is very supple, and the elastic bands keep the shoe firmly in place. However, it is a little difficult to put on, perhaps that will change with longer wear.

Perfect walking shoe, yet dressy enough for a suit - This low boot-style shoe is comfortable and walking is easy. I wear an extra wide width, and this is the perfect width in WW. When it is too chilly for heels in the winter, this is the perfect shoe to wear to dinner with a dress pant. Excellent shoe!
