I just got my boots in the mail! I took everyone's advice and ordered a 1/2 size smaller. Glad I did. They fit well with enough room for thicker socks.

Look:Let me start by saying Zappos customer service is #1! The speed at which things are shipped and arrive is amazing. The boots are great, they do run large so don\'t be tempted to size up, fashionable without being too trendy. Great buy.

Look:Love my new boots, they are everything I was hoping for and more, from comfort to totally posh! If you are looking for a boot to pair with jeans, skirts, leggings these are the ones. The "de-stressed" look of the leather makes the outfit pop with style! May I add, the customer service team unbelievable. I ordered these boots needed them in two days for a trip. When I asked if it was possible I was told "We will get these to you overnight." Now that's customer service, first class!

Look:I love my Durango boots. I was tired of wearing high heeled boots and these are a great alternative. The bonus is they are very warm. You do need to order half a size smaller. They come with great instructions on how to care for your boots which I thought was worth the read. I will never again be without this type of boot, fabulous, and they came very quickly after I ordered them. Get 'em, enjoy 'em, wear 'em! You don't have to be a country girl to wear them, and like them (but it doesn't hurt).

Look:My daughter needed western boots for a school program. This was a basic boot that wasn\'t too expensive. It is a good-looking, well-made boot that fits very well. She has a narrow foot, and the medium width fit her very well with a sock on. I would say it runs a bit narrow, but true to size. This is a great boot, and I would highly recommend it.

Look:Great boots for a great price. They run a little big. I normally wear a 10 and I ordered a 9 1/2 and they are still a little big; I think I could have worn a 9. But I'll just wear thicker socks. They are comfortable as far as boots go, and easy to get on and off. They are a great style too, western, but not so much that you feel like you just got back from the cattle drive.

Look:I first bought a 7.5 which are a bit too big so I ordered a 7. Much better fit so I'd say runs at least 1/2 size small. Very comfortable, even with pointed toe.No real breaking period. The finish is buttery, between leather and suede. I really am happy with these boots.

Look:This boot is awesome. It fits true to size, and even though it has a stylish pointy toe, it's wide enough that my bunions aren't screaming. It didn't even need any breaking it, I wore them all day the first day I had them, and my feet felt great! Excellent!

Look:These are really cute boots. I bought a pair for myself and when my daughter saw them, she loved them too. I ended up buying a second pair for her. The color is great and they look much more expensive than they are. They are very comfortable. I usually buy a larger size in boots, but bought the same size I wear in shoes, and they fit fine. A fantastic pair of boots for the money!

Look:Love these boots! They run a bit large; I usually wear a 8.5-9M. And I have had to start putting in some special insoles in my boots. I got 8.5 M and they are tall enough in the foot area for my insoles. I had a girlfriend try them on and they are comfortable enough for "regular" feet to go all day in!\\r\\n\\r\\nThe nubuck leather is nice and substantial and it seems that they will hold up well. I have gotten many compliments on these. Hint: I did put spray protectant on them as these will be my Houston Rodeo "work" boots!

Look:Forget about the quality of the cowboy boots I bought my daughter for her birthday (she loves them). The customer service of this company is outstanding! Look:I love these boots! I don\'t usually wear boots because I think they get uncomfortable, but these ones weren\'t at all. I would definitely recommend them, and I\'ll be wearing them all the time! They look cute under/over jeans or with a dress or skirt.

Look:I bought these boots for my 15 year old daughter and she just loved them! They were exactly what she wanted. They looked so cute with her sundresses. Perfect for today's styles! The fit was perfect and she said they were very comfortable. Great price for this boot too.

First, thanks to all who recommended ordering a half size down. I did and the fit is perfect. I have another pair of Durangos and like them for the comfortable footbed--there's decent arch support. I like the distressed leather on these. The only thing I don't love is the slippery sole, but hopefully some wear will fix that soon... Also I am so impressed with Zappos customer service: free next-day shipping! That plus the selection and free returns makes shopping online almost more convenient than going to the stores! Good business people.

Look:My Durango boots look great, but they don't fit well. I first ordered a size 8.5 (usually I take size 9 or 8.5). They were definitely too big, so I exchanged them for an 8. These fit better in the toe, but they slip in the heel. I hoped this would stop, but it hasn't, after a month. It's very frustrating. I love the boots and find them fun and comfortable to wear, but annoying to walk in! There is way too much room in the ankle/top of the foot area. There's no way I could order a smaller size, though, because my toes fit snugly and the length is right. I think these boots aren't designed for real people, and I'd like to know how other people manage to wear them without the annoying heel-slipping. I've tried adding insoles, but so far that has just caused the toes to get tighter and the heel to start giving me blisters, but my socks still fall down because the heel is slipping!

Look:I am a boot lover and I recently retired my high heeled ones because they hurt my feet too often. This is my first pair of \'cowboy\' boots. I read how they were so comfortable and it\'s pretty much all true. I\'ve already worn these for several days with no foot issues. I did order the half size smaller than the average size I wear which is 6.5 and the 6 feels fine with thin socks. I\'m not really into country western style but I may be converted now. I\'m discovering how versatile these are with skirts, dresses and pants. They are rugged, cute, stylish and classic.\r\nThanks Zappos, for another fast delivery.

Look:Love these boots. Having been raised in cowboy country, I can't bring myself to wear the city cowboy boots that are out there. These could be worn on the ranch as well as in a more urban setting. Great advice from other reviews on the heel slippage when first wearing - it does go away after a bit. Also, ordered a half size down and they fit well. I am petite and the height of the boot hits me in a good spot on my calf - not too tall.

Great Boots - Love these boots...needed them for a horseback ride in Arizona. Was able to wear them for the first time on this ride and they were very comfortable. Love the look.

I was a bit concerned about them slipping on my heels at first but, the info says this is normal and will go away ...they did shortly afterwards and no break time at all...love them ! Great western boots - These are some wonderful western boots. The only flaw is that they are a little bigger so I had to put a pair of shoe pads in. Other than that, they are very nice boots. I am very happy with the purchase especially since I just moved to Texas. Zappos NEVER disappointed me. I love the great customer service!

Stylish Sensible Comfort - These boots are durable, stylish and extremely comfortable. I throw them on with my jeans instead of sneakers in the winter to keep my feet warm! Very satisfied with this purchase, great price!
