Look:These shoes are well built and comfortable once they are broken in. In my case, it took about two weeks of regular wear before they were real comfortable. Leather used in the shoe is top quality and well finished. My only complaint is the inner sole developed a crack in the leather after only a year - the first time this has happened on any shoe I\'ve owned. However, after six years of wear, this hasn\'t gotten any worse. I would consider buying another pair.

Look:For me Zappos is better then shopping at a shoe store. I buy all my shoes here. You can choose from a "very wide" selection of shoes (manufacturers and models). If you find something you like, but are not sure, you can order them, try them on and return them if necessary all at no charge. I recently ordered two pairs on a Friday and expected them within a week. They were on my doorstep on Monday; another 'wow' moment. I love Zappos.

Look:Take care as the Cole Haan shoes are great if they fit you but Cole Haan moved the manufacturing location and the sizing is a bit smaller, especially across the "location of the penny" across the top of the foot. The shipment was great, but the box was rather fragile. I was surprised that it made it without falling out of the shipping container. Good service from Zappos and I would recommend them and use them again. Again, I have worn these penny loafers for about twenty years and the sizing is smaller, a lack of quality control just to get a low manufacturing cost.

Look:I was looking for a comfortable dress shoe with a touch of elegance for my husband. These shoes were the perfect size (Cole Hahn's run about a half-size small) and fit him like a dream. The tassel adds some flair, and he said walking in them is very comfortable. He's very tough to buy for so these shoes were definitely an outstanding find!

Great shoe! The Cole Haan Pinch Tassel is a great shoe -- looks great, feels great and can be for dressy or casual. The Cole Haan Pinch Buckle and Pinch Loafer are also great. Classic looks combined with superior comfort. My thanks to Zappos for their amazing selection and service.

Cole Haan Perfect Fit - I have narrow heel, but need the width in the front of my shoes. The Cole Haan in the 3x width is a perfect fit for me, while still maintaining the styling I desire.

Stretched - Within the first week the shoes had stretched to the point that in order for me to wear them, without them falling off, I had to wear 2 pair of socks.

Toe scuff so bad that shoe is no longer wearable - Love the look of the shoe but the toe scuffed so badly that the shoe is wasted. Shoe is garbage ready way before its time.

Beats J&M - I've been a loyal J&M customer for 30 years or so, but as their quality has slipped of late, I decided to try another brand. These shoes look and feel more substantial than a similar J&M shoe I have, so I'm pleased.

Great fit right out of the box - I ordered these shoes for my husband and he loves them! He wears a narrow and these fit like a dream, he says. They've "molded" to his foot. Highly recommend the shoe and as always, Zappos is A W E S O M E!!!

LOW quality! I purchased a pair in Nov 07 and by Jan the metal support within the heel/sole was making a clicking sound when walking. Absolutely the worst quality shoes I have ever purchased! I do not understand why everyone is rating them so high.

Great Shoes...Great Service! These Cole Haan’s feel like a pair of old shoes right out of the box. This the third pair of this particular model that I've bought, but the first from Zappos. Same great shoes, but Zappos service can't be beaten. I ordered them one afternoon and they were waiting for at home the very next day, less than 24 hours! I'll be back, Zappos.

Cole Haan's Pinch Tassel - Pretty much the only dress shoe I'll wear. The shoe wasn't in stock at the time of order so I filled out the contact information for when it became available and ordered a pair in Black and Burgundy once they became available.

So Nice, I Bought Them Twice! This model comes in a penny loafer and the model that you see here. I liked the tassel version so much that I bought the penny loafer too! I am hard to fit. The only shoes that seemed to fit me, and didn't look like I wore the boxes out of the store, were Bally 11EEE. Those are getting hard to find and very pricey. These are a very respectable substitute and an incredible value for the money! Buy them, you will be pleased!

Good shoe - Good shoe, but not a great shoe when compared to my Johnston & Murphy dress shoe. Fits well, quiet heels, good appearance. A bit slippery on tile or vinyl floors.
