I initially ordered boots a size too big, and when I called to get help processing the return the customer service rep was very helpful and pleasant. She had the replacement boots shipped out overnight, so I had the boots I wanted and only had to drop off the return at the UPS Store. It was a great shopping experience. I was able to get English-speaking customer service and a great product at a competitive price.

About a month ago, I ordered a pair of the Dr. Martens Carey 8-Eye Cap Toe Boots. They turned out to be 1 size too small. Not only did Zappos send me another pair the very next day, but this happened before I sent in the smaller pair, so I wouldn't have to wait. The customer service rep that I dealt with was extremely friendly and even more accommodating! Honestly, I have never experienced such excellent customer service in my life! I will definitely shop at Zappos again and I've already told many people about the site and unmatched service that comes with it! I am very happy with my boots and still very impressed by the service which Zappos provided me with! Zappos.com rocks!

These shoes have the same flattering profile as the 1460s that I wore for years in the 90s, and are available in the oxblood red color that is sadly rare for Dr. Martens these days. The toe cap looks cool and doesn't bulk out like it would in a steel toe boot. Very comfortable, and they keep looking better and better. I am very happy with my pair. As always, Zappos got them to my door extremely quick! Buy them before they disappear for another ten years!

I do not like them; I have blisters. They are not comfortable and they are overpriced. I wish I had sent them back. Buying shoes online is not what I had hoped for.
