Zappos was absolutely instrumental with finding the exact shoe in the exact size that I needed, a 10 1/2. I had visited a Stuart Weitzman store who did not have my size and told me that there none were in stock in their warehouse. I was told that they were not shipping until the January time frame, after my daughter's wedding. I immediately came home and searched the internet and found the exact product, in my size, and available to ship the same business day. Received my shoes within 3 days (normal shipping rate), packaged tightly, and received in excellent condition. One negative is that they were slightly more than the store; however, the shipping was free! I now look to Zappos for all my online shopping needs and so do my children.

These shoes are beautiful! I bought them for my wedding, and they look amazing with my ivory lace dress. I bought a half size bigger than usual to increase comfort while on my feet all night, and I definitely recommend that, as they fit perfectly now.

These shoes are very nice, easy to wear with a several things in our garderobe and particularly comfortable for a high heel. Bravo to SW and Zappos because it is almost the only place we can have narrow shoes. Please don't stop.
