I needed this shoe for a special occasion and honestly, I didn't know how I'd handle the heel and the width. Thanks to the great Zappos return policy, I didn't hesitate much when placing the order. However, I was pleasantly surprised! My shoe is very comfortable and the fit is really great! I will look for more such shoes in the future.
