As always, Zappos is incredible with their overnight shipment. After reading all of the reviews I was pretty hesitant about purchasing these boots and have looked at others until I finally gave in and decided to try it out anyways. After all, thanks to Zappos, I can return them hassle free. The leather quality is nice (for the money), soft and supple. The heel looks sturdy, and overall the sole is pretty nice. There're some spots that don't look as nice, but I can live with it for now. Also, there were a couple of blemishes around the heel and on the shaft, but very minor and you really had to look hard to find them. I've put them on and they were perfect! I usually wear size 9-10, and ordered these in a 10, after reading reviews. Probably could have ordered a 9.5, but with a nice sock, I'll be fine. The calf's perfect for me. I'm average-above average when it comes to boots (horseback riding gave me some nice calves), I can probably wear them with skinny jeans even. Overall, the boots are comfortable to walk in (walked around the house) and I can barely notice the high heel. My foot even looks smaller in them. I'd recommend them to others.

Awesome boot. After reading all of the reviews, I still decided to order my normal size. I am so happy that I did. They fit perfectly and the width is just a smidge large, but if you are wearing them with skinny jeans, then they are just fine. Perfect boot for jeans, skirts, whatever. My new favorite.

Look:This boot is extremely comfortable; the size is accurate. I stood in these boots for 10 hours and my feet did not hurt. I would just recommend more support for the ball of feet because heel is high. I would recommend this shoe to anyone who has a wide foot and high arch.

A Winner! I ordered a size larger (out of my size), but that was perfect because I wear nice warm socks with them. Arch and heel have great support, but the bottoms are a little thin. That’s what makes wearing the socks nice, too. I have fairly thin calves and the boot is nice and snug. It's taken me three seasons to find a pair that are snug. Compliments galore for the look.

I LOVE these boots!! These boots have not only scored me many, many compliments but are also very comfortable! I ordered the size that I'd normally get for boots (a half size larger for sock room, size 8) and they fit perfect! They fit great over my skinny jeans and have perfect heel height. The wedge makes them walkable all day long without disturbing my feet! I would recommend these to anyone as these are a MUST OWN!

A very good buy - First time buyer and for sure will be buying again. I am very pleased with my boots the fit and look, the gel pad on the hill an excellent idea!!! The only improvement, if you could pass on to your designers, put another gel insert but now on the ball of the foot. The customer service is a five star service!!!

Wow - One thing I hate is buying shoes online because you don't know how it feels or looks on your feet. But for some reason I ordered this shoe and fell in love with it. It is very comfortable and it’s not too high. Perfect ten in my book. Oh yeah but you have to be careful what you rub against it because its suede.

Not so happy. I listened to the previous buyers and bought this boot a full size larger. I was swimming in it! It was wayyy too big. This boot fits true to size and I wish Zappos had my correct size so I could've ordered it next, but they were sold out of it. Boots look good and funky, very cute on, but couldn't make the whole size larger work.

I sent this item back for an exchange 3 times - First I ordered a 10.5 (I am usually a 10) I couldn't get the boot on my foot, finally I forced it on and the zipper wouldn't work. Sent this back for an 11 WIDE, when I received the second pair they were even snugger than the first pair and were ANYTHING but wide. I have never been disappointed by Zappos but this product is junk!

Trying a different size - First, no kidding, I have NEVER felt such arch support in a boot. Although I have low arches, I don't often find high heels that fit snugly under them, and these even have a little too much support for me. I'm going to have to try them in a smaller size, despite the other reviewers' experiences - I'm almost always a 9.5 in heels, and the 10s had a bit more room at the end of the toe than I thought was appropriate. The ankles are surprisingly tight, even for my toothpick legs - there's still a significant gap at the top of the calf, but I'm hoping it gets smaller in the 9.5's I'm about to order. (But these boots are definitely not for a woman with a wide calf. I NEVER find calf-fitting boots - these are a little narrower through the calf than most.)

The zipper on one boot digs into my leg. I have to put a sock in the boot next to my leg as a shield. Then it was ok, but I shouldn't have to do that. it looks great and is like most high heels to wear, but the zipper thing is a drag.

Whoa ladies! Listen to your fellow shoppers! I made the mistake of buying this boot even though there are several buyers who state the sizing is off. I think it might be a chance thing if you get a properly sized boot or not. The boots I got were so incredibly small and narrow. I thought that I would order a Wide because everyone keeps saying how narrow they are. The Wide was way too narrow for me! I have normal feet people! With all the differing complaints about sizing, I suspect that their sizing is completely off for their boots- ALL OF THEM. I also tried another Fitzwell and the sizing was off. The calf was too tight- THAT'S NEVER HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE. The sizing with this brand is totally totally off. Too bad because the style is exactly what I was looking for.

WAY TOO SMALL - These shoes are gorgeous, but there is no way in HELL these we marked with the right size! They was a full size smaller and were in no way wides. Unfortunately I ordered the largest and widest size they make, I guess it wasn't meant to be :(

Most beautiful shoes but tight on ankles.... I read the reviews at least 10 times before having my husband purchase these and the Nahoko wide calf. Neither is perfect. I got the last pair of browns in 12 M. I normally wear a 10 M but got this based on one of the reviews and the fact I wanted to wear socks w/ them. Well the Rylee 12 M is very tight in the ankle and a little bigger but not 2 sz too big. The calf was fine and the toe had room, this comes from a girl who is of med built and 6 ft tall. I love the look so much I may keep because I think the ankle area may stretch. Everything on the Nahoko wide calf (11 M)was way too big (even w/ socks) so I am returning them for sure. The calf had huge gaps all away round.

Very happy with brand and boot! I had never tried on a Fitzwell shoe... and I am very impressed with this boot. It is made of high quality leather, and it is not wobbly to walk in this heel (as I have experienced with other shoes with this type of heel). It's a great casual boot to give you height without being too dressy... yet they look great with skirts as a basic black boot. There is a lot of arch support... almost too much... I had to get used to it. However, the support does help to keep your feet from hurting-- I cooked all day for Thanksgiving in them without thinking about my feet at all. A great addition to my shoes... I was pleasantly surprised!

Not so comfy - I bought these boots to be my comfy city boots and they are not so comfy. The first day I wore them they were so painful in 5 minutes. They have gotten better but not like Merells or Naturalizers. Which is what I hoped for.

Beautiful, comfortable, trendy wedge boot. Looks great paired with a mini-dress or a denim skirt. It won't fit over pants, unless you're very slim. It's just a tiny bit loose around the ankles, but that's what adds to its comfort.

Someone is off on their sizes - I ordered a 12 W (W meaning WIDE)... Thinking to my self, this will allow enough room to wear socks in these boots too... I WAS SO WRONG. I tried these boots on bare footed, they fit like a 10 1/2 narrow or reg. I felt like the ugly step sister on Cinderella trying to stuff my feet into too small boots. I double checked to see if they really were 12 W... Yup... so order way up in size if you want these boots. Also have skinny calves... I couldn’t zip them up all the way even after I stuffed my now numb foot into these sexy boots... I will order another style in the wide calf as a one more chance... but I am not a heavy woman... normals should fit me..

Too much getting used to - I ordered this boot because I needed a brown wedge boot. The color is very nice but the boot heel is way high. The arch support is also high. The heel has a shock absorb pad in it but it really needs one for the ball of your foot. Good for narrow calves. Just not comfortable enough. I returned them and ordered the Nine West wedge; we shall see!
