I normally wear a 10.5 and like all Tsubos that I've worn, size 11 was perfect. I have high arches and wider feet and these continue to be comfortable 2 months later. I did not find them too narrow. My favorite shoes that I currently own and plan on wearing them for a long time to come.

Very narrow - I'm a natural E width, but can usually fit passably in a normal D. These are listed as a D, but actually very narrow.
