Look:For me, these shoes aren't all that comfortable. The heel is very narrow and they run small. I am keeping them because they look cute but can't wear for more than two hours at a time.

Look:I received my Alberta Fitzwell flats. I adore them and my friends have given me a number of compliments, including how sexy they look. Since I wear a size 13 you can probably guess how happy I was to find these. Thanks for carrying so many fashionable styles. Love you guys.

Look:I received these shoes yesterday and was thrilled by how they looked; however, the shoes were way too tight. I usually wear a 10M sandal and an 11M closed shoe but I noticed that pointy toed shoes fit tight in the toe for me so I ordered a 12M but they felt like a 10M! So very disappointed.

Look:Fantastic. Like the name says Fitzwell. The rubber sole has grip which is helpful if water is on the floor.

Look:This shoe is a good alternative for those who want a little more "pop" in their foot fashion, but wear a very wide width. The material is stiff, but on me it does not rub. My foot feels supported and cushioned. Thanks to Zappos for continuing their excellent service. I always receive Zappos purchases one or two days after buying, and always see the returns listed on my payment method's statement in a very timely fashion.Thanks to you Zappos, and many more happy shoe sprees!

Looks Great But.... I purchased this shoe in a 7WW in the leopard print in May 2009 and loved the look right out of the box. What is not to like about leopard and that funky round heel? Unfortunately, I have been trying desperately to get them to feel comfortable since. At first, when I put them on they felt great but then after a little walking I started to develop painful blisters on both the back and sides of both heels. I tried heel grips but that didn't work, they just rub me in all the wrong places. Also, the quality of my pair was lacking, because after only a few times wearing them the leather had cracked significantly right around the toes. It is possible that the kid leather version of this shoe wouldn't have the same problems.

Look:This is a great shoe for work. I had a hard time finding a dark navy shoe, and this one fit the bill. They are pretty comfortable, especially for a pointy toe. I'm going to buy some other colors, too.

Look:I bought the black in these shoes just as alternative to always wearing high heels with suits and dresses. I have a large and wide foot with a bunion that makes fitting flat shoes a little difficult. These, however, worked great. The front of the shoe comes up high enough that they are comfortable on my foot. There is virtually no cushion or arch support, so if you need that type of comfort, I suggest exploring Born or Carter shoes. These are practical shoes that have become a welcome addition to my shoe wardrobe.

Look:As with other "pointy- toed" shoes, get a 1/2 size larger for comfort. I ordered navy (which is hard to find nowadays) and it's a very stylish, cute, but professional shoe. I'm very happy!

Perfect Patent Leather Flat - LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SHOE! I have never bought a Fitzwell shoe before, so I got an WW and it was perfect! They arrived today and I wore them to a play tonight and they felt wonderful. Great cushion on the ball of the foot, good but not as great in the heel - but a great, stylish, cute patent leather flat. So great that I just bought the fun and funky leopard patent leather shoe just like it! I can hardly wait to add some funk to my shoe wardrobe with that one! Thank you Zappos and Fitzwell!!
