Shoe Arch: No arch support

Good looks - Very uncomfortable - I really like the looks of this shoe, but I can't wear them! I have tried twice and the strap between the toes kills me. I have worn shoes with a strap between the toes all my life and I don't know what to do to make these stop hurting.
