These shoes are amazing! Very pretty, chic black color and shape. I needed a great looking winter boot with height that was waterproof and good soles - these fit the bill. I looked and looked, too. These also have a hard-to-resist price. The rubber soles grip everything and are a pleasant change from my other boots that have height and style, but NOT the winterizing I need for walking on campus. I ordered only a half-size larger based on the other review saying it fit true-to-size and the Zappos suggestion to order a full size larger - and they ARE a bit tight at only a half-size larger with a winter sock, but they fit fine with a thin sock. I don’t think it’s worth the hassle to return for a half-size larger, but I would order a full-size larger if I did it again.

Very disappointing - These look pretty nice except the quilted-look isn't real; there are just dotted lines as decoration to look like quilting. However, the fit and comfort were horrible! I usually wear 9.5 and the 9.5 I ordered was extremely, extremely tight. I am not going to bother ordering up a size because they also felt like they would be very uncomfortable.
