Look:Fit: I ordered this shoe in my natural size (5.5 W), and it fit perfectly. It is difficult to put the boot on, mainly because of the braided trim, which doesn't stretch much. I have to work the trim over my heel to get the boot on. However, once it's on, it's very comfy with thin socks or a little snug with thicker socks. Comfort: This shoe doesn't have much arch support. It is basically a flat western boot in the insole. The heel has a nice skid-resistant material, but the main sole has some slide to it. I would not want to stand in these shoes all day, but I can certainly wear them to walk around in the mall for a few hours or for work (where I sit most of the day). Style: I've gotten so many compliments on these boots. They're dressy enough to wear with a skirt, but you can dress them down and wear with jeans, too. They have just enough detailing to be interesting without overdoing it. If you wear them with pants, you can barely tell that they're boots.

Look:These boots run very small. A 12 W in this boot was squeezing my foot on every side! I was shocked. I ordered 4 pairs of boots because I wasn't sure how the sizes ran and how comfortable they would be. I thought for sure this was a 12 M based on the fit. The 12 W in the David Tate Vera boot (which has a heel) was much roomier than this boot. I'm not reordering this style in a different size because I don't trust anything that runs that off the regular size. Some reviews of other Fitzwell boots said order 1/2 size up, some said 1 size, and some said their normal size fit fine. Disappointing. Also the back half of the sole appears to offer support, but the front half seems thin and not too much cushioning in it. It was pretty and the leather looked nice.

Finally! The boot fits perfectly!! I ordered the wide after reading the other reviews and glad that I did. You won't go wrong that way. They are very comfortable and a bit of a 'cool' look to them...with the braid and silver on it..a bit of cycle/riding boot...very soft leather...

Good boot - I'm glad I ordered the wide, they run a little narrow. The heel area is a little loose, but there is no way that the medium would have fit. They look really nice.

The Best! Smart looking, great fit, comfortable, and go with any casual outfit. I ordered the wide and the fit is perfect. Every time I wear these, someone asked me where I got these boots. These boots are a staple in my wardrobe now and I am so pleased with the great quality and versatile style!

Great Boot - I ordered the boot in my regular width, but it felt slightly narrow. I reordered a wider width, and it feels great, no breaking in on this boot...very comfortable for walking, casual style with a low heel. I highly recommend this boot.

Beautiful, soft leather and elegant styling - I am glad that I purchased these boots. They are comfortable and fit me well and are easy to walk in. I like the styling-- simple, but not drab. What I love most about them is the lovely soft nappa leather. It's a pleasure to touch. I sprayed them with silicone and wore them in the rain today -- no problem.

Very comfortable, cute and versatile - I am very happy with these boots. They're soft, very comfy and nice looking. They run a bit large, but if you're planning to wear winter socks order your true size.

Too Cool! Ordered during the holidays and they still came in one day! Unbelievable! The fit is a dream; like they were made for me. Plus there is enough room for my orthotics without feeling crowded.

LOVE - I have always worn more of a heel. Decided in my new job needed less heel but didn't want boring flats. These work with jeans, dress pants or a longer skirt. Comfortable and look nice. Good workmanship! Order and enjoy!!!

Perfect for me - This boot is exactly what I was looking for; low heeled, very comfortable, soft inner lining, soft leather upper, rich dark brown color. Looks great with my pants and long skirts. Doesn't come up over my calf, which I like. The braided trim and metal circle detail add just the right touch. I sometimes wear a wide shoe, sometimes a medium width depending on the style; this boot appears to run a little narrower, the wide width felt more like a medium, but it works fine for me. As always, great service with Zappos!
