Light as a feather - I had been looking for a while for pointed toe, flat shoes and so with my big wide foot, I was very happy to find these. I did have to return them for a bigger, wider size, but I have high blood pressure and my feet swell very often, so I don't think it was entirely the fault of the shoe. I was very happy that they were available in a WW width. That is so rare, especially in the pointed toe that I wanted (for fashion sake) that I got them in three colors - red, brown and black. I got lots of compliments on the red. They are extremely light, probably the lightest shoe I've ever worn. I haven't had them very long, so I don't know if they will turn out to be fragile or not. The only slight negative would be the strap. I'm not sure if I think it looks good on the shoe, but for the most part my pant leg hides it anyway. The snap closure on the strap on one or two of the shoes occasionally pops open. But so far it is proving to be a small price to pay for finding such a pretty shoe to fit my big feet. I think the price is high for such a light shoe, but on the upside they arrived extremely fast, as usual with Zappos.

Red Shoes - I love the way this shoe looks. I was disappointed to find that the size I ordered turned out to be way too big by almost 1 whole size. Thanks to Zappos free returns I got a smaller size right away. My problem is that the strap which closes with a snap keeps coming undone. Maybe it is because the half size down I reordered is still a bit big. I really want to wear these shoes so I may take them to a shoe maker.

Great Shoe For Everyday, Not Dressy, Alternative to Tennies - I have always worn heels, but working with children needed a lower-heel, and a wedge is good for versatility rather than the kitten heels of my other low-heeled shoes. I bought this shoe in red, brown and black. I normally wear a W width, but got WW since it was offered - figured I could use extra comfort and yes it is comfortable. I also liked that this has a pointy-ish toe - as it elongates the look of the leg, so finding this shoe was very pleasing because with my clothes, I didn't want to wear tennies. As long as you're not planning to play sports, this is a great alternative to be comfortable while looking great. I would not recommend this shoe for dressy - this is definitely a daytime casual shoe, as you can see by the sole. Also, after wear, it does look slouchy - especially when it's off of the foot. Kind of takes on the shape of your foot. But I think that must be why it's so comfortable. Once it's on my foot, I don't notice the slouchy look so much. On one pair, the strap was made slightly too short and kept popping off. But after the shoe was broken in, this no longer happens. I would have returned them, but had already worn them outside so I lucked out.

Looks OK, fits badly, is badly constructed - This shoe looked good online. But in hand it's cheaply made. The sole is plastic; there was glue on the leather at the sole. The MaryJane strap is too long. I have a high arch and it still had a half inch slack in it when I was standing. Materials were cheap. I can only assume the company has been sold and the new owners are trading on the name and not delivering quality.

Fantastic Mary Jane - This is exactly what I have been looking for. The fit, style, & comfort are perfect. It is so light weight that it does not feel like I have anything on my feet. Thank you Fitzwell.

Too narrow! I ordered a wide in this shoe, but it didn't even come close to getting on my foot! I have very bad feet (multiple surgeries) and need a wide shoe, but this one didn't cut it. I have ordered Fitzwell before in a sandal and it fit perfect. They make very light shoes. I think the style is pointier and doesn't work for wide feet.
