The shoe fit fine both width and length which I was excited about since it is hard to find a nice MJ that fits in the width. However, the arch support was very weak; in fact, the whole insole felt pretty flimsy and was sadly not removable. Since I was looking for a shoe to wear in Europe, I had to return. :(

Fitzwell Sparky - This is a very comfortable casual shoe. I usually wear a 9.5 B and have bony feet. When I tried it on after taking it out of the box I didn't want to take it off. It has ample toe room, but the heel runs wide on me (I have a narrow heel). If it didn't have the strap I'd probably walk out of it. The arch support is moderate. I have flat feet and this shoe feels okay with or without an orthotic. I love the sleek design. It's roomy without the bulk. The strap is elasticized, adjustable, and very comfortable. I like this shoe.

Comfortable shoe - This is the best shoe I have worn in a long time. It the most comfortable and I can wear it with pants to work or casual. I liked it so much I bought it in 2 different colors.

Moderately Comfortable - This shoe is soft and moderately comfortable but it does not have a lot of arch support and, though the heel has a gel insert, the overall walking surface is not as springy as I would like for city walking.
