Look:Love the Willa! But yes, it runs about a size too small, and if you're planning to wear even a thin sock, you should seriously consider going up about a size and a half. I comfortably wear an 11 Medium and can even wear a 10-1/2 sometimes. I got the 12 Wide in the Willa and it was tight! I had to take it to a shoe repair person and have her stretch it out. Now it's comfy, and it's awfully cute, but get it larger and wider.

These boots look very nice, but I bought two pairs and the metal strap brought quickly (could be repaired easily, but still). Also, they seemed to wear unusually fast. Then again, I walk like a T Rex so others may not have the same experience.

Look:These are beautiful boots, beautiful. I love all gold, the leather flap across the back of the ankle, and 4 small rounded elastic cords across the front of the boot. The details make for a very stylish look. The pointed toe and low heel make this the perfect bootie for me! Great with jeans or dressier pants.

While I found the boot to be very comfortable and I love the style and look of them, the buckle fell off the first week, the leather then shredded off the toe the following week. They have spent more time at the shoe maker than on my feet.

Look:I loved these boots, took them out of the box, I ordered 13m, and they looked so small. I thought, whoopy, they don't look huge! Well, guess what, they were so tight. One of my feet is a whole size smaller than the other. I could get my size 12N foot in, but it was really tight! I'm going to have my daughter try them on; she wears an 11N! I'm really disappointed! They looked so good! Too good to be true for a size 13!

Look:Great looking shoe, but definitely one size smaller than marked. I normally wear an 11B and I had to send the 11's back and order a 12 wide - and it was still snug! Go up at least one size when ordering.

I love the boot. It looks very European. It did run small and narrow. But thanks to the reviews I was aware of that before my purchase. I just ordered a size larger.

VERY small - I read the other reviews before I purchased this shoe and went half a size bigger, seeing as most people said the shoe was too small. It still is way too small! I have narrow feet, but the ankle part is very slim. I think people with slim feet would like this product, if one can order the correct size.

Stylish Shoe - The Willa is not only attractive, but comfortable too. This shoe works well with my orthotics. I like the Fitzwell brand. Great shoe.

Sore Feet - I just completed a return form for these boots. I went on vacation and bought these for the trip. I didn't get to wear them until the day I was leaving. I was almost in tears by the time my flight took off. I couldn't change shoes because I'd shipped all my luggage the day before. I should have tried them on before I left. I've been a Zappos customer for years and this is only the 2nd time I had a return. The boots felt a whole size smaller.

FASHION BOOTS THAT ARE COMFORTABLE - I stand on my feet all day long in a retail store. I always want to look great, but my feet have to be fine. This boot is wonderful. There are no seams inside that cut or bind, just soft fur-like fabric. I wear them all day long without any discomfort. However, the craftsmanship could be a little better. The buckle keeps coming apart, and has to be tightened constantly.

Love at first sight - and wearing - I wanted a pair of booties that looked classy enough for something slightly dressy (with pants) yet works well for every day wear (and comfortable enough to trek across campus in), and Fitzwell Willa was perfect! I had ordered several other pairs of shoes to try on, and this one beat the others hands down. (Like everyone else, I love Zappos' fast service and easy returns.)

Lovetoshop - I love these boots, the style and the look. I love them with my jeans. I just wish they were stronger material, not so soft on the sides (so my jeans would sit on top and not slide down to cover the buckle). Also, I could almost feel the ground walking in them, so I put in a full foot insert. These are flat boots. I usually wear shoes/boots that are higher off the ground (with a platform of some type).

Very comfortable and stylish looking shoe. It kind of has a loud hollow noise from the heels when walking on floors. Strange sound, I've never heard before, but love the shoe nevertheless.

I ordered the size 13, but the boots were so small. I feel very upset because the boots were really nice. Felt 2 sizes smaller than marked. The boots were like size 10-11.

Nice looking ankle boot - My existing boots, which I used with jeans and casual slacks (and love, of course) were about 16 yrs old and really showing wear after several reheelings and a resole. After looking in numerous stores for a similar replacement, I found the Willa. I find the boots stylish and comfortable, but my foot is narrow. The size was what I expected. I am only worried that the narrow toes will get scuffed quickly, and I'm looking around for some toe protectors.

The strap that goes across came out the 2nd time I wore them, but I was able to put it back in and tighten the little screw. I love these boots!

Not for me - Cute boots but ran so small and narrow I wasn't even convinced just one size up from my normal 8.5 would do it (which wasn't available anyways). They had to go back. They're also slightly more 80's-looking than I had hoped.

Great looking boot - This well made boot runs narrow in the forefoot (which was great for my narrow foot) and the length was true to size. Great craftsmanship and really nice leather. Thin faux-zebra patterned fur interior-cute!

Fitzwell Willa - It may be that I'm just not used to extremely pointy shoes, but the 11W I ordered is way too tight. I ordered the 12W and it's a little better, but I think overall I'd like the 13W (if they come into stock).
