Look:These boots run a little smaller than other styles from Fitzwell. I have tried many different ones, and these fit about .5-1 size smaller. The zipper closed on my larger calves though, but it felt a little too snug for my taste, so I had to return them. Overall, I loved the look and the quality of the leather.

This is wearable and I'm a sneaker gal - I was looking for a comfortable boot with a heel and a bit of sex appeal, and the Fitzwell Gigi's it for me. I've never worn heels due to the fact that all the one's I've tried hurt, I'm 5'11'', and I'm a walkin' fool, so generally I stick to sneakers. These are comfy enough to wear all day, and the heel is just tall enough to give the boot a sultry look without putting me 6'4'' on my tippie toes. These look great with jeans or a dress, a versatile boot!

Fitzwell Gigi - Got the boots super fast (as always with Zappos), this is a very pretty boot! Perfect height and the soft lining inside is amazing - makes you not want to wear socks with them, but on me they felt about a half size (close to full size) larger. I have average calves and they fit fine with just enough room to tuck in if you want to. Since I wear the smallest size they offer in the GiGis, I had to send them back. Otherwise they are a pretty boot!

Gigi - This boot is FABULOUS for thin calves. I have been searching for years for a leather boot that didn't sag on my toothpick legs and here it is. My calves are just under 13", so I think the circumference is more like 13.5" than 12.5". There is a little extra room at the calf and ankle, but they still look great. When I first tried them on, they looked a little cankle-y, but they molded nicely during the first wear and don't look it anymore. I wear a 5.5 or 6 and my foot runs to the wider side of medium. Based on reviews, I ordered a 6W; great fit. Roomy in the toe and doesn't rub anywhere. Nice mid-calf height that can be worn with skirts or pants. I got the black ones for Christmas and decided to spring for the brown as well. A co-worker with toothpick legs is so jealous she is getting a pair, too.

I couldn't believe how tight they were! More than a full size smaller than marked! And much narrower than marked. I have never tried on any shoe marked my size that felt this incredibly tight; most shoes feel 1/2 size too big.

Not that comfortable - These boots are really cute and I really wanted them to work but they, unfortunately, are just not that comfortable. They are really stiff and hurt my feet. Of course, I had already worn them by the time I figured this out. If you want comfy, cute boots try Bastien instead.

Purchase this product - The picture does not do this shoe justice, this sums it up. This shoe is gorgeous with a capital G. and the gel heel pad is perfect. I will be shopping for more fitzwell's product.

Uncommonly OUTSTANDING Customer Service! In today's society of little to no customer service left my experience with Zappos was truly outstanding!! First, when I ordered online on a Sunday afternoon I immediately received an email that said the shipping had been upgraded to priority. That was fantastic considering I hoped to take the boots with me the following weekend (out of town). Second, when I received the boots on Tuesday (which are my favorite of all time!) they were a little snug and not as true to size as hoped. I called the customer service number that afternoon and the representative offered to ship the replacements overnight so I could have them for my trip and give me a full 2 weeks to return the boots that didn't fit! I am a recruiter in the retail industry and I realize everyday that we live in a world of "entitlement" versus a world of good, polite, thoughtful "customer service". I truly enjoyed and appreciated my experience with Zappos and have and will continue to be a positive referral source! Thanks!

Too high! These are great-looking boots. But the heels are about 3" high, not what the description says. I can't traipse all over town all day in 3" heels, so I sadly sent them back. This isn't the first time I've received boots and shoes with heels that are more than 1/2" higher than the product description says. Maybe they are measuring at the inside of the heel instead of the outside, but that makes no sense at all... This is also a very tight-fitting boot in the calf; I have average to slender calves and there's no way I could wear thick socks with these, let alone tuck in jeans.

Great Boot! Loved this boot - I have fairly wide calves from running and this boot fit to a tee. Very stylish and classy! Comfortable - the heel height works well with casual or dressier styles.

Not able to fit. They have a narrow calf, which is why I bought these. Most shoes in 13W/WW have a gigantic calf, which I don't have. Unfortunately these were just too small for my feet. They are beautiful looking boots though! I wish I could get them in my size.

Look:Love them - I have been looking for boots that fit right for a long time. They are always too big around the calf, but these actually fit! They are high enough I can wear them with a skirt or with jeans tucked in. But I can also wear them under a pair of jeans. Great boots!
