Look:Like Gennine, I ordered these in Brown, expecting to get sort of a two-tone tan & brown. The pair I received was a solid chocolate brown. I wear sizes 8.5 to 9, and these felt perfect for me in a 9. I really liked the style, fit, and height, but the color was not as expected, and the nubuck scuffed way too easily.

Look:I hate wearing socks until the snow flies, and with these shoes you don't have to. There is a very light, soft fleece lining on the inside of the upper part of the shoe. The fleece coupled with the moisture/odor resistant footbed makes them perfect for all day wearing, even without socks! Love these in brown, ordering black next!

Look:This shoe is so comfortable! I have been looking for a shoe that could be worn while escorting school field trips where I would need to dress respectably, but be comfortable walking all day. This is it! I usually wear an 8 or 8 1/2. I bought the 8 1/2 and it is perfect.

Look:The shoes I ordered were pictured as tan suede with brown trim. However, the shoes I received were uniformly dark brown, not tan at all. Not a mistake, mind you--it looked as though they were treated with some kind of waterproofing that made them leather-like and MUCH darker than tan suede. I really wanted a pair of tan suede clogs, NOT another pair of brown clogs like I already had. NOT as pictured. But comfortable, nonetheless.

Look:First the plus side: 1. Very comfortable. 2. True to size. 3. Extremely cool/hip/stylish. 4. I am 5'2" so I look for shoes that I can wear daily for comfort, but shoes that also give me height. The minus side: 1. The traction is not very good (plowed sidewalks/streets). 2. These shoes do not hold up well. The leather was damaged at the slightest rub of the grain. There was no way to get back the jet black luster on the toes after one afternoon of kneeling on a rug to play with my toddler. I would not recommend these shoes for the reasons above. Instead I would go back to a Dansko sport clog; not stylish, but they last forever, look great, give height with comfort and have great traction.

True to size fit so if you want to wear extra thick socks with these shoes, you should order a little larger. I am in love with the whole J41 line. They are amazing shoes, stylish, comfortable and eco friendly!

Look:This was my second pair of J-41s. I had bought a pair of Barbados sandals and loved them, and was hoping these would be equally comfortable. I was disappointed because the footbed is not properly shaped (at least for me) and the shoe throws my weight forward, smushing my toes into the toe box of the shoes. As cute as they are, I have still never worn them for more than a stroll around the living room.

J41 Paris - These shoes are very comfortable, I ordered my correct size the first time and found them a half size too small. Return was easy and I now have a pair that fits great.

Love Them - I absolutely love these shoes. These shoes are great. I am not someone who EVER wore heels before; however, I saw these in the mall and tried them on and they felt great and definitely not like wearing a heel. I bought them from Zappos because the mall did not have the correct size. I now have two pairs of these, one in black and one in brown. I wear these shoes all the time. I have no problems standing in them or walking for long periods of time. I don't even notice at all that I am wearing a heel. I have very limber ligaments and tendons and my ankles roll easily but I have no problems with this heel. I like that they keep my feet just warm enough. I wish I could wear them with just a bit thicker sock but they are slowly stretching out so who knows. I did order a half size bigger as everyone else recommended. I had no break-in time needed. I would not want a whole size bigger to resolve my sock issue because it would just be to long then. The shoes felt a bit narrow at first but seem to be loosening up slowly. Only issue I have with the shoes is occasionally my heel slips out because there is just not much holding the heel on but it isn't bad at all and they slip more depending on the sock material. I absolutely love these shoes and both colors.

Great shoes - These are VERY comfortable and cute. I have loved this look since...well quite some time... when this type of shoe was hard wood sole and not at all built for comfort. These are great. I can wear them all day. Just enough height, but not too tall.

I bought these slippers and also the similar pair with the rubber bottoms and they are both way to small. I usually wear a 15, ordered the 16 but it was still way too small. Very disappointed.

Greatest shoe I've ever worn! A friend of mine had these shoes...they were exactly what I'd been looking for. I've worn them nearly everyday since I got them and love them! Very comfortable (with or without socks) and I love the color. I would highly recommend this shoe to anyone! (I wear a size 6.5 so I heeded others' advice and ordered a 7...perfect fit!)

Excellent everyday shoes - These shoes look a little funny with shorter pants, but with full length jeans they look great. Extremely comfortable--I wear them nearly every day.

They feel ok - The shoe is light weight and attractive. I wear them to work and I find that the cause my legs to ache. It’s something about the heel. I normally wear a 9 and I bought a 9.5 maybe they are too short because after a couple of hours running around at work my toes feel pinched.

Very cute! I am a food server and I usually wear Dansko's. I think these are actually a little more comfortable. I really like the heel and the tread on the bottom. Very important when in a slippery kitchen. I can also wear them outside of work because they are really cute. They definitely run small. I usually wear a 7 or 7 and 1/2. I had to return them and get an 8. I've received compliments every time I've worn them.

Best Shoe Ever! The Paris is my favorite pair of Born and Dansko shoes wrapped into one. I will have to get a pair in every color. They are so soft on the inside and durable on the outside. For a shoe this comfortable they are pretty good looking. (I love a shoe that has a toe that turns upward - cute!) I have to force myself to wear my other shoes now. It's true to size, so if you wear thick socks size up.

Size 10 wearers are out of luck - I'm a size 10 usually (sometimes 9.5), and ordered the largest size available - size 10, in hopes they would fit, despite many reviewers urging others to order a half size larger. I decided to risk it for lack of a choice in larger size because of the amazing reviews. And sure enough, I had to send the shoes back to Zappos because they were too small and hurt my toes when I walked. So sad too, because they looked amazing and felt amazing when I wasn't moving. Great arch support and the burgundy was a cool, different color. Why aren't these available in a real size 10? Call it 10.5 if you want. Boo. Dinging only 1 star though because if I had smaller feet, these would have been great.

These are wonderful shoes. The size is true to fit but the appearance of the shoe looks smaller . Since I wear a nine and half , I like this because it makes my foot look smaller. Extremely comfortable insoles. The toe is firm and needs breaking in and the rest of the shoe is soft and comfy . My feet have always been a problem and I am hard to satisfy so believe me when I say this is a great shoe. I will buy more. Thank you Zappos. Oh yes, it reminds me of a ballerina shoe and looks nicer than I expected.

Paris in Olive – I got these yesterday at a local store. They are a whole size larger than what I typically wear and are very comfortable and roomy. My feet are happy - they think they're wearing slippers. I am happy - these are a "fun" shoe for me and make my feet look smaller.
