Very comfortable, kind of difficult at first to tie, don't breathe very well, but then again they are comfortable so who cares. Good price for what you get!

I am happy! I had foot surgery that went bad over two years ago and have had a hard time finding a shoe that I can hike in and feel safe. Several hundred dollars later I found it. I love this shoe. They felt heavy when I first took them out of the box but not at all to walk in. Used them in the house one day, hiked four miles and no blisters - very comfortable and I can go up and down hill much faster. I like the looks, feel everything about them. I would highly recommend them.

Doc Martens last for years, and years! Great shoe all around! Extremely comfortable! I've been oiling them around the tops so they won’t crack! Not made as good as they once were! Nothing ever is! I will buy more and wear until I die! 1 pair will last 4 years and years! Neoprene sole and leather too!

Awesome Boots! I am totally happy with these boots... I had the normal hiking boot soreness around the top part of my leg for the first couple of times wearing them but the fit great, the look is awesome and the quality is of course Dr. M's all the way. Totally get this pair of boots you won't be disappointed.

A Good - I have owned a few other Dr. Martens so I knew what to expect. My son had a pair just like the ones I bought. So I already knew that I liked the look of these boots. Dr. Martens last they are a good buy for the money.

Great shoe! This is my 3rd or 4th pair of Docs. I am usually a size 8 but always a 7 in Dr Martens. Took about a day to break in completely, but after that they are perfect. Love them! Lots of compliments.

Good, but suffers from workmanship - I've been buying DM's for years. They used to be made better. Still a good shoe and will buy again. Just not what they once were.

Doc Martens - LOVED them, wore them for four years in all kinds of weather... now the sole is completely cracked open, so I wind up with very wet socks. I suppose no shoe lasts for life anymore.

Nice boots - I researched these a while before committing to buy and am very pleased with the style and comfort. I use these shoes for work where the dress is professional but functional. These can be worn all day without discomfort. I use a mild leather conditioner regularly to keep them looking nice. Very happy with the Doc's and the quick service from Zappos. Thanks

Great shoes! I've always been a Doc fan and these shoes are no different! They are sturdy with a comfy fit. I wear this daily! Like most docs, I could use a half size as the 12s are a big large, but the 11s are too small. I get a 12 and still enjoy them.

Love these! They did hurt the top of my left baby toe for about a week. Not too sure why, the shoe seemed to be made exactly like the other one. It is broken in now and so comfortable.

I needed a pair of boots for the motorcycle!! The Doc Martens I bought for riding our motorcycle are great! They are so comfortable I wear them everywhere. The ordering and checkout with Zappos was fast and easy and they came within a few days. WONDERFUL! WILL BUY FROM ZAPPOS AGAIN!

Nice Boots - I like Docs, especially the ones with padding around the ankle and those with thick soles. These are easy to get on and off, are as comfortable as any other Docs that I own, and look great. Most importantly, they fit my 13EE foot with the 13D size, a nice feature since there is no width option for this shoe. Thanks Doc Martin for making a comfortable stylish shoe that doesn't pinch my wide feet. Some other folks had noted good arch support, well these, as all Docs, have little to no arch support, unless of course, you have flat feet, then you feel any sort of arch contact.

The best Dr. Marten's- These work boots are the best... I must have tried on 8 different kinds of work boots before buying these. They fit like a glove and I'm confidence that you will love them as must as I do. The Best Work Boots ever.

I'm hooked! This was my first pair of Docs. I can't believe how comfortable they are! I just didn't know what to expect... but I am SO hooked now! I came back for a second pair, and they did not disappoint either. If you want to try them, there's no better place to do it than Zappos!

Best investment for my feet. I have had bunion surgry on one foot and need it on the other, but have no pain, so it can wait. Finding shoes and boots that fit both is always a challenge. These Dr. Martens are wonderful. I put in 10 hours today with out breaking them in! I told anyone I saw at work (a manufacturing /warehouse facilty) about how good my feet felt in my new boots. I also put in a lot of time walking/standing. I think more than a few people from Wisconsin will be logging on to Zappos.com. When I like something I am not shy. Yippee! My feet are happy.

Great! They are great. I wish there were half sizes though because they are a tad bit tight, but the next size up is too big. But once I wear them for a while they'll break in, hopefully.

Doc Marten shoes rock! They run a size bigger (womens size for me anyway). I would suggest that before you order online for the good price that you go to the mall and try them on for size, for the right fit. But they really are a good shoe and I think they'll last a long time.

8699's - These are the fourth pair of Doc's that I have bought and I must say that they are by far the most comfortable shoes/boots I have ever worn.
