Although this shoe looks really cute online, it is poorly finished. The white stitching is uneven and the sole is not cut or glued properly. Overall looks like a very cheap shoe up close. The real problem was the short straps, though. The straps didn't even touch, let alone buckle. These went right back in the box! If this is typical of all Fitzwell shoes, I'll never own a pair.

Amazing - These shoes are amazing. I received them 10 minutes before going to Montreal for the evening. Put them on and walked all evening with absolutely no problems. They felt like I had worn them for years! Fit perfect, look is flattering. I have the red but would like them in every color!

Didn't look good on my feet - I tried on several Fitzwell shoes and had similar issues with all of them. The toe starts lower than the widest part of my foot, so it looks like my foot is squishing out of the toe. No arch support - very narrow with lots of overhang. This shoe also was ugly on my feet - some of the other shoes were beautiful and I really wanted them to work. Not this one - didn't like the cross over look at all. Wasn't flattering.

Nice, but short straps - I purchased a red pair. I was so excited as they looked so classy. I have wide feet and wear 9.5. I was so disappointed as the straps were too short. It is much narrower than marked. I sent it back.

Perfect - I have the hardest time finding sandals that look stylish and are comfortable. This sandal is high quality and a great fit (I have wide feet) and look cute on!!!!
