REALLY, REALLY small . . . Based on reviews, I ordered one size bigger, and there was no way this shoe was going to fit. I felt like Cinderella's evil step-sisters and had the same look on my face trying to put them on. And too bad too because they're pretty darn cute. I hope you have better luck.

Don't waste your time! I just received these shoes and am so disappointed. The sole does not bend easily so when you walk, there is an uncomfortable pull on the ankle tie. I'm surprised no one else had this problem. Also, the tie is made from a stiff material and it's impossible to tie nicely and it's too short. The look is cute, but unfortunately very uncomfortable.

Outstanding - My daughter loves her new shoes and she's very hard to please when it comes to fashion, the fit is perfect and the style is very classy and I must say that the shipping service was outstanding. I have recommended Zappos to all of my sisters and I have 7 siblings so keep up the good work. Thank you, thank you, and thank you! I can't thank you enough.

Runs small - I was looking for a flat shoe with a bit of comfort and a cute style. These almost "fit" the bill, but unfortunately they run about a full size too small. Oh well. The search continues...

Not perfect - This shoe has a couple of problems, the worst being that the tie, if it goes around ones ankle twice, as indicated, it is just a tad short. You can still tie it, but I know this will come loose constantly as the tie itself is very stiff. Bad design. Otherwise, a bit dowdy, but not too bad.

Beautiful and unique - I really didn't think these would be comfortable because of the ankle tie - now while I don't suggest mile walks with these, they are extremely comfortable and they are gorgeous. I get compliments every time I wear them.

Casual and good looking - These shoes are very nice but a little pricey for a casual shoe. Workmanship is very good except that it gags slightly. Today, shoes are not made to fit as they were years ago where there was a better selection for width. I used to wear 9 A, but this no longer exists and now I wear 9 M. So, my advice is if both feet are the same then medium width is fine. However, if you are wearing these without stockings you need to get half size larger otherwise they run true to size. I am usually a size 9 medium but my toes were sticking out through the opening. So I had to return them for half a size larger and now they fit better except the shoe in one foot (because it slightly narrower) is looser and gaps slightly when walking. If you wear stockings then get the usual size you wear. I decided to keep them because I really needed comfort for wearing a pair of dressy pants or a summer long skirt.
