Deeply disappointed - I ordered these because they looked really cute on the website, and when received, in person. They didn't even go on my foot, they were so narrow! When I opened the box, I knew they couldn't be "wide" shoes.

Not comfortable - These shoes are really attractive but I found them way too long and hard! Very hard, even the gel pad was hard; they would not be comfortable to wear even for a few hours for me. But Zappos delivered them in 12 hours, it's eerie almost.

Awful heel pad - The comfort pad in the heel part of the shoe is hard and uncomfortable. Definitely not a comfort to walk in as advertised.

Very comfortable! The first day I wore these shoes I couldn't believe how comfortable they were. I love them! Sizing was perfect. Very cute looking and I received compliments the first day I wore them.

Not wide enough... too long - Not wide enough(2 other purchases, c width was fine), also too long in the toe for size 8.5.

Cute but not comfortable - These sandals were listed under category "Comfort". They are okay for a few hours, definitely not all day shoes. The straps are not lined, not soft, so they hurt the toes when worn more than few hours.

Cute shoe - This shoe is really cute and very comfortable, but runs a bit on the small side.

This shoe is stylish, but the materials look a little cheap. There is insufficient cushioning under ball of foot that makes this a "don't stand on your feet for long" shoe.

Cute! Fitzwell Gianna - These shoes are great! Very comfortable and the exact look I was going for. They are casual enough to wear with nice shorts, yet just dressy enough to wear with a sun dress. I got a free upgrade on shipping too! Zappos does it again!!!
