No Break-in time required!!! Awesome dress/work shoe and extremely comfortable right out of the box. Too bad they don't come in 12.5. I had to buy size 13. If you need to buy a pair of dress shoes but only can afford 1 pair... buy these. Don't buy leather soles and stiff leather uppers.
