Comfort and more comfort - This type of shoe for me is great for traveling as I can slip it off and on easily when my feet might have swollen from walking or heat.

Great black casual that can squeak by for semi dressy - Zappos--Good job for providing Narrow shoes!! (I really wear a 12S, but this 11AA works, because it has no enclosed heel.) It would be nice to have stylish 12 Slenders. The Van Eli comes close, but I can't wear them as their arch is too short for my foot.

Perfect size narrow for me - I just returned from a week in Disney World and these shoes allowed me to keep up with my children and grandchildren. They were absolutely terrific.

Stylish Comfort - This was my first Zappos order and they were very prompt and professional! I had to send back the first pair because it was too big. I have a narrow foot and I tried the 8.5 med., but it was too big. So I ordered the 8.5 narrow and it fit nicely.

I was debating whether or not to keep this shoe, only because I feel like I am in between sizes. I am usually a true 6.5M (have several other pairs of Cole Haans) but with this style, that size felt a little snug and unsure if they would loosen up. I decided to exchange them for 1/2 size larger. A little loose, but decided ultimately these were the more comfortable pair. I think the shoe runs a little narrow. Wore them with socks and they were comfortable for running some errands. Nice style, love the comfort of Cole Haan/Air Nike, and best of all - Zappos selection and service!

Another winner - I have worn this type of Cole Haan mule for several years because they accommodate my custom orthodics. HC mules are the most comfortable, long-wearing sport mule I have found. This one is a winner for style and colors. Worth the price.

Reasons for problems with Billie Mule - I love the Cole Haan's shoe that is like the mule, but with the Velcro strap that not only holds it on, but also gives it additional versatility in that I can wear it to the gym. It also is smarter looking, similar but with different detailing. They are no longer making it, I hear. Sad, to say the least.

Fantastically Stylish and Comfortable - I bought this shoe for my trip to Alaska and did not have an opportunity to break in before I left. This shoe has a ton of support and is incredibly comfortable. It is also very stylish. I LOVE this shoe. (I had to order 1/2 size larger than I normally wear.)

Black is not black - The black shoe in your catalogue really is grey and black, more like the picture on this page. I wanted totally black shoes. However, it was very comfortable.

Good shoe! I have this shoe in red and the neutral combo (gray/natural)...it's very comfortable, and it's a great airport slide.

LOVE THEM! I have three pairs of Cole Haan shoes (two pairs of sneakers and one dress pair) and truly adore them. I have feet problems and am unable to wear a shoe with an arch support, so finding these shoes has been a Godsend.

Almost as good as Cole Haan's similar shoe of 2+ years ago - I bought this shoe because it was the closest style I've seen to one that Cole-Haan Nike made about 3 years ago and which is among the most comfortable and stylish shoes I have had in many years. Although Air Billie isn't quite as good as the older model (wish I could remember its name), it is good and probably worth buying for those who want both the comfort of Nike and the style of Cole Haan.
