Look:I have major foot problems. I wore these to a wedding. First dress shoe I have worn in at least 12 years. Will be getting a special orthotic made to make my feet comfortable for a longer time, but the insole is very good by itself. The size was not really big if you really are a very wide width. Toes have quite a bit of room. Well made and the service was excellent. Could have used a nano of depth space in toe area, but overall the best shoes this very shoe challenged person has found.

Look:These shoes could have more support in the ball of foot. I do wear orthotics of which I have thick and thin types and have to use thin with these. I wear my usual size and sometimes with orthotics wear medium width and sometimes wide, and glad I got wide for orthotics. I can wear these to many places but if I were to do a lot of walking I would wear my Kumfs Deidre Mary Janes which are terrific...

Great, cute flat for long feet - A very nice, attractive flat for long feet. I wear between 10-11, depending on the shoe, and am hard to fit. Love that this is in 41, a perfect 10.5. Often measurements get weird when they get longer, but this shoe is really comfy and fits well.

Almost perfect - With the foot problems I have (fallen arches and hammer toe) there aren't many shoes that I can wear. The liner that came with this had only moderate arch support and heel cushioning. There was no toe ridge, but it had a removable liner which allowed me to add my own orthotic piece. I got the wide width to allow room in the toe area. At shoe stores I usually measure a size 8, but I went up to a size 10 for the Kumfs Guru. The strap makes the shoe fit more securely in the heel. It is not the most comfortable shoe for me, but it is nicer looking than the clunky shoes I usually have to buy.

I wear orthodics and was hopeful that with the removable insole I could use them. The shoe was too tight but the support is so good without them that it seems OK.

Very comfortable and attractive shoe. I bought it because the insole is removable and you can use your own orthotic. When I removed the rather thick insole that came with it and added a couple of really thin insoles it was a perfect fit with my orthotics.

Hard to fit - I bought this shoe in the black, 6.5 wide because I have a bad bunion on one foot. I work in a clinic and am on my feet all day and it felt so comfortable I ordered the same size in brown. The left shoe (my good foot) was too small. I sent it back and ordered another pair in the same size. The left shoe on this pair is extremely large - it feels a couple of sizes larger. I'm going to try one more time, but after this, if they don't fit, I'm just giving up. Overall, it's a wonderful shoe if you can find a consistent fit.

I was looking for a cute closed toe shoe and this is it. Kumfs Guru was very comfortable. After five hours standing on my feet the cutout was a little painful. I am still in the stretching process. I purchased the wide and they fit out of the box. I love the look of them. I purchased the tan with the reddish accents and I am surprised by how many things they go with. They were a great break from black, which I usually buy. I would definitely try this brand again.

Very beautiful shoe. I have been looking for a mary jane shoe for a long time, nothing fits! I might have to return the pair since they are a slight bit tight in the toe box (one foot more so than the other), I ordered a wide. The heel doesn't slip like many wide shoes. I removed the insert and my orthotics fit perfectly and are comfortable. Definitely hard to find a cute dressy shoe that is comfortable.

I love the look of these shoes and bought them specifically to fit my orthotics, which are quite thick. The only problem is that, without the innersole, which I took out to fit the orthotics, the sole of the shoe is too thin. As a result, the ball of my foot takes a pounding, so they are not 100% perfect for me. If you don’t have these crazy foot problems, then these shoes are excellent. I got them in tan (my second choice, I wanted them in black but was sold out), but am glad I did because I like the lighter color and it works well with more outfits than I thought. I would highly recommend these shoes, which were a little more expensive at my local shoe store. Thanks Zappos for offering a terrific selection at reasonable prices, and free shipping! If you want comfort and low key style, get these shoes, I am sure they won’t disappoint.

worth waiting for! This is my third pair of Kumfs and I love the detailing in this shoe. It does feel tighter in the toe box than my last pair but it is an exceptionally comfortable shoe. I hate to wear any other shoe as I can use this for dressy occasions or with jeans. Kumfs are my favorites!

Guru - These run smaller with their insole, which is extremely comfortable. For some reason, these shoes squeaked! I will order another pair though. Otherwise, they are great. And so cute!

Pretty - This is my first pair of Kumfs. It won't be my last. They are adorable and comfortable. I have the brown ones with red stitching. I am going to get them in another color.

Kumfs guru - Great looking shoe. Is very comfortable WITH their insole (which is removable). But with it in, the shoe becomes smaller, so you need a larger size.

Wow! I do a lot of walking here in NYC and these are the first pair of dress shoes that I have worn that are truly comfortable. I decided to order the extra wide size since my feet are wider than normal and these shoes fit like a dream. They are very pretty looking on my feet, too. I can actually wear them without socks and not worry about blisters. I am extremely happy with my purchase and plan to order more shoes from this brand.

Great Flat Shoe - A very comfortable shoe. It will fit orthotics. It’s leather lined and true to size. Nice craftsmanship.
