Love them! These pull up pretty easily over my larger-sized calves yet fit really well once they're up! And the synthetic aspect is fine with me. I think they look and feel great for the price, better than any other knee-high boots I've ever owned.

Purchased these in black. They are very comfortable and fit my curvy calves perfectly. True to size fit. I am able to get them over my skinny jeans with a bit of pulling, but fit most comfortably with tights.

Look:These are great boots! I had a pair that I finally had to say goodbye to this year, and I thought I would never find any that matched the prior pair, but these are sleek, stylish, extremely comfortable, and much more affordable than many of the other available boots. I feel great wearing them, and I can wear them all day!

These boots are not all leather. The stretch leg is man-made. They are also larger than 13" at the top, at least in a 9 1/2, they are 14". They also are very wrinkly around the lower leg/ankle. But thank you, Zappos, I can return them and keep trying to find a true narrow-calf leather boot.

Look:These are gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous boots... unfortunately, I didn\\\'t pay attention to the details and didn\\\'t realize they weren\\\'t zip up until I got them. I did put them on just to see if I liked them and they looked great (a little snug in the calf and I don\\\'t have large calves), but they have to go back.

Look:I love these boots! They are the only boots I have ever owned that were comfortable the very first time I wore them. They look great with jeans, and very sexy with a dress/skirt.

I love them! I have heavy calves and these worked with no problems. They are better than the pair of Clark shoes that zipped up the side.

These are attractive boots, but they are also the most uncomfortable pair of shoes I have ever worn. After an hour, my feet were pretty much solid blisters. Thank goodness Zappos has such a great return policy. Ouch!

Comfortable, functional. I ordered this boot because I was having a difficult time finding a boot to fit my athletic (and short) calves. The boot is comfortable and fits well; however, I am not all that happy with the look of the leather and synthetic stretch. The leather seems to have a "dry" leather look compared to the shiny stretch. I would have given it an overall 5 if it wasn't for that one issue.

Very cute boots, but not for thin calves... I just received these boots yesterday, and I'm sad to say I have to return them. They are really cute, and I tried them on after being on my feet for 8 hours straight, and they felt great! But I have very thin calves, 12 inches around, and these boots are just too big. They're described as 12 and a half inches around, but I measured, and they're really 13 and a half, almost 14. Because the upper material is stretchy, they just look a little silly being that loose. If they fit, I would absolutely keep them, they really are pretty hot. But not the best choice for my skinny legs...the search continues!

I love this boot! Great looking boot. I'm 32 wks pregnant and wanted something that would give as – sadly - my calf size increases. They do tend to sag around the ankle some, but not more than others I've had. I'm able to wear them all day and not have any feet issues. I love these boots! Great purchase and awesome price!!!

Key Word: Comfort - I have bad feet and these Clark's boots are pretty comfortable. I searched everywhere for a low heel boot with this much stretch. Not much arch support, but I love it when I can actually fit in an 8 1/2 so order a half size down unless you need a wide width.

Basic Boot - The basic sizing and fit of this boot is right in line with previous reviewers. Overall, a good basic boot, but the stretch upper does tend to droop and is cheap looking compared to the foot portion. Good basic boot investment.

Clarks Meaden - I got an email from Zappos telling me I ordered these boots a year ago and that my size is still available. Well, I don't need another pair in the same size and color since the ones I have are still in great shape, but I thought I'd check and see if maybe they come in another color because for sure, I'd order a pair if they did. These boots are SO comfortable that you can't even tell you're wearing boots and after all day wearing them, your feet will not be sore at ALL. They're also well made and have held up really great.

Don’t be fooled, these shoes are not for skinny legs! After reading reviews, I thought finally I found shoes for my skinny legs and how I was disappointed after receiving them. My size is 9.5 and my calf circumstance is 13". This boot is 15" without stretching it! I was swimming inside this boots, had to return.

I really liked this boots. They fit properly and they are really comfortable, as much as boots can be. I walked around all day my first day and they were really good! The only thing is that they look a little bit cheap because of the material, but again they are inexpensive for a real comfort shoe. I am very satisfied with these shoes!

The best little black boot ever!!! I have very thin legs and have never been able to find a comfortable boot that was snug on my leg...until now! This book looks great with short skirts, dresses, jeans. I've always loved Clarks, and this one didn't disappoint me! I wish they came in other colors!!!

Great price, stylish boot - This is a boot for those of us with skinny legs! It's very comfortable for the heel height, and it doesn't look baggy in the calf like most other boots do on my small calves. The shaft material is a little shiny, but overall this is a great boot. I would buy it in another color if it was available.

No zipper - if it matters. The quality of this shoe was very good. Roomy in the toe area. I did not realize that the boot does not have a zipper on the side. It wasn't a deal-breaker for me, but it might be for you. All-in-all, it's a great boot and I have no regrets buying it.

Loving this boot - Wore this boot to an all day event where I was walking around a ton. Even danced some and had no blisters the next day. They look great with jeans, dress pants, and skirts.

I bought these shoes about a month ago and have worn them constantly. There is no break-in period. They are incredibly comfortable. I have had many, many compliments on them. They look great with dresses, skirts, jeans, dress pants. I only wish they came in brown!!! I am actually going to buy a second pair – boots this great only come around once in awhile. Get them while you can!!!

Overall, a good boot. Mostly agree with other reviews posted. Boot does look a little cheap, but I tend to wear longer skirts so not as much of an issue. I have heavy calves and this is tight on me – although it does seem to be stretching more each time I wear. Overall, good for the money.

Comfy high heel, a little cheap looking - Like the other reviews, it's a large shoe. I usually wear an 8/8.5 and I ordered an 8 and it feels big, but I figured I'll put in an insert. However, for high heels (I'm usually all about flats) these are incredibly comfortable and easy to walk in. I walked almost a mile my first day in them with no problems. Also, I have small legs/calves and usually swim in boots but these are nicely fitted and don't slouch or make me look like I'm standing in waders. I will say though, it looks a little cheap, which happens with stretchy/non-leather boots. Not terrible. Still planning on wearing them to a wedding.
