Look:For the past 10 years, I have been buying Kenneth Cole shoes. I always get stuck on a brand and never deviate; however, this time around I decided to go with something less expensive. I wanted something stylish, comfortable, and versatile enough to accommodate my work life and my social life. After reading review after review, I finally decided on the Bostonian. I have been wearing them for about a month now. They are great! Comfortable, professional, but stylish and so far they seem to be as high quality (or higher quality) as my previous brand.

Look:The shoe was a little stiff and took some walking around in to break in but otherwise nice fit; shoe size was on the money. I would buy a 2nd pair when I need them and would recommend them to my friends.

Good enough - This was my third pair of Bostonian's of this general type. The shoes are comfortable, though not soft and there is a slight cushion feel in the heel. The fit is as expected. The toe leather seems to be somewhat resistant to accidental scuffing. Water resistance is good (tested in Boston spring weather).

Overall good office dress/casual shoe. Fits great right out of the box. My feet are wide and tall, plenty of room in width and height if you buy the EE size. Shoes have a nice finish - Bostonian did not take any shortcuts with quality of materials.

Just the right shoe! This is a terrific shoe! It took me only five minutes to break then in. I purchased them in brown and they go great with jeans, chinos and even dressier slacks. I have worn them at least six times and they are wearing superbly. After a long day, I hardly feel them on. I strongly recommend these great shoes.

Great company, great shoe - Has a sharp look that works well as a bit nicer business casual and then goes great with jeans at the bar. Bostonian is known for quality and this shoe is no different; size, fit & finish is perfect. You won't be disappointed.

Fits just like a proper Bostonian should - The brown color was more "chocolate" than I expected, but they still look and feel perfect. The soft sole is super quiet.

Love the shoe and not the strings - I have had these shoes for less than and month and the shoestrings have nearly disintegrated. I am very disappointed that the quality of the shoestrings does not match the shoe.

Great Casual/Dress Shoe - I hate brown shoes, but these look fantastic in brown and have the comfort to match. They are adequately padded all around and have a nice cut for good sizing. The bottoms are plush but not so soft as to feel like you're walking on a sponge, and the back and sides are soft in the right places.

Bostonian Academy - Out of the box the shoes were somewhat uncomfortable. After wearing them for about a week, the leather began to relax a bit and the shoe became very comfortable. I am very pleased with my purchase!

A good shoe. The leather is not pretty nor does it exude quality. It may even look slightly cheesy in a "is that vinyl?" way. But this shoe is super comfy! The padded inner sole and rubber outer sole make this a shoe your feet will love. Life is full of compromises that work.

X1 - Great shoe for a great price. Sizes are very true. Quite comfortable for a nice looking dress shoe. I wear them with dress slacks and even with suits.

Not quite great, but almost - The look of the heel sole from the side cheapens the overall quality look of the shoe. The shoes are very comfortable.

I ordered one pair in black, the other in brown. They are the most comfortable shoes I have found and easy to keep looking sharp! Concerning Zappoa.com, this is the best company I have dealt with. I called customer service first before ordering on line and I received the best service ever. I would recommend Zappos to anyone!

Old Sarge's Shoes - Very nice looking and didn’t scuff at all with all the dancing at the wedding. Although big, didn’t make his feet look gigantic.
