Look:This is a good quality (not GREAT quality - good quality) dress shoe. I have owned a few pairs of KC shoes similar to this one. I buy them because the rubber soles are comfortable, and I like the look of well-shined black leather shoes. They\\\'re versatile enough for office or even jeans. The style is a little chunky, too which I like - as compared to thin-soled narrow european style shoes. The heel is substantial, but the leather banding on the heel will fail, as it has with other KC shoes after about a year of hard wear. The fit is true to size, though this model is a little long in the toe. Good comfortable shoe.

Look:The merge are extremely comfortable right out the box. You get what you pay for I have a couple pairs of the Kenneth Cole reaction shoes. The merge are more comfortable and are better quality inside and out.

Look:After wearing this shoe for 1.5 years, I just bought my 2nd pair. Very comfortable right out of the box. Looks great with either jeans or a suit. This is a wide, flat shoe that is very stylish. Regardless of where shoe styles are supposedly trending (and I've got some of the new, long-toe styles) I love the look of the Merge, and wear it more than any other shoe. Kenneth Cole has been my favorite shoe for years, and the silver technology is excellent for comfort.

Look:I was very pleased with these shoes. They are stylish and can be worn with a suit or jeans for a dressy or casual look. They are very comfortable and true to fit. If you get a scuff, just a little rub with a soft dry cloth has them shining again with minimal effort. They arrived within 2 days of ordering. I have purchased over half a dozen shoes from Zappos and have yet to be disappointed

Comfort from Day 1 - Great Shoe at a great price. This shoe felt comfortable from DAY 1. No break in period needed for me. Very Happy with the silver technology comfort system. Very Shiny shoes too (they do scuff easy though). Wore them this weekend with a Tux! Very happy with this purchase.

A very nice pair of shoes - It's a little heavy and it's a little stiff. However, it looks very nice and overall, pretty comfortable. I can't complain if all of my shoes fit this way. Runs about half a size bigger, at least compared to my Kenneth Cole shoes which were 3-4 years older.

Okay - But... The style of this shoe is great, however, I found problems with the rear lip of the shoe being cut far too high and digging in uncomfortably into my achilles tendon. This will probably soften up over time but it makes wearing the shoe quite uncomfortable. The shine of the shoe is a matt type finish therefore will need a little polishing to make it a truly dress type shoe. Annoyingly the shoe laces on one of the shoes also broke after approx. 10 wears - something that one wouldn't expect to happen so soon after the purchase.

Great Shoes! These shoes were perfect right out of the box! Felt true to size and took no time to wear in. Look great with business casual or professional clothes and they always get compliments.

A great shoe, great store - I bought these shoes just to replace my other K.C. dress pair, which were badly worn. My first order the shoes were too small, and I was amazed by how quickly the process was w/ Zappo's. The shoe is great, handsome, well made, and very comfortable.

Has it all... form and function - looks like a typical square-toed shoe, however, its clean lines, construction, and simplicity make this shoe stand out amongst those in its description. also very happy with Kenneth's "silver" comfort technology. Made the breaking in period friendlier.

Comfortable shoes - I wear a 10.5 wide and these shoes feel comfortable. Although they aren't labeled wide, they fit nice. I don't tighted the laces too tight but the shoe fits snug and their style is great. The previous reviews helped me in choosing this shoe.

Comfortable in Kansas City - I needed a wide shoe with a rubber sole that could be worn for either business or casual purposes. This shoe lived up to expectations and I would recommend this shoe to all who may want to consider comfort, as well as, style when making thier purchase.

Flexibility and good looks - This shoe is a multi-tasker. I feel comfortable wearing it with a suit or with less formal wear. It wears well. It is a bit on the heavy side.
