Not a practical shoe! Although this shoe is gorgeous, the 4 1/2 inch heel is way too high for anyone who plans on walking in these! The heel is not only high but skinny so there is no support. I had to return them for a wedge shoe. They do look great though so if you are planning on sitting all night, go for it!

Beautiful shoes but not very comfortable - These shoes look great but are not very comfortable. They are great go to dinner shoes. It is not the height but the edges of the front of the shoe. It is not a soft edge and tends to dig into your foot. Because it is a platform the height is great and not too high even though you get great height.
