Look:My father raves about these shoes. My father does not get excited very easily and is a man of few words usually. But for as long as I can remember he has raved and stood by his Stacy Adams shoes. He adores these in particular because of the classic old school look, comfortable and quality. He has had numerous pairs through the years and the shoes and this brand has stood the test of time! Try them out for yourselves. You should have seen the smile on his face when I surprised him with these shoes.

Look:I have put my shoes about four times for church, and I am starting to see a fade of shine running across my shoes. Between the toe and the bend of the shoe. Its closer to the bend, like just before it. My son tells me it's because of my pants. But my pants don't go down that far. Why?

Nice Shoes - I have to say these are the most comfortable shoes I've bought in years. There's no break in period. The shoes size runs large so if you wear a 12 shoe get a 11.5.

Nice shoe - Bought these for dancing, and they worked well for that purpose paired with a 1930's vintage double breasted suit. They were quite comfortable even the first night I wore them. There is no arch support, to speak of, but they readily accepted my aftermarket 3/4 length insoles. Usually I wear a size 13, so that is what I initially ordered... but those were a full size too large. No problem though. Reported that to Zappos and they delivered the correct size the very next day. Can't say enough about how amazed I am at how quickly they get things out the door! These days I buy all my shoes at Zappos!

Light, inexpensive, snazzy. These are fantastic dress shoes. The leather is quite thin, so they can look kind of cheap up close, but at the same time, there is virtually no break-in period. They are extremely comfortable right out of the box. I've been wearing a pair of Florsheim wingtips for a while now, and while they look like they are made to a higher standard than these shoes, they have become excruciating to wear. I'll happily put these on any day. Plus, they're great for dancing because they're so lightweight. **Be sure to size a 1/2 size down. I'm a 10 and I followed the advice of other reviews and got a 9.5. It was the right move. ***If you have even slightly wider feet, get the wider width. The normal size is pretty narrow.

MY FAVORITE SHOE - Of all men’s dress shoes I have ever owned and worn, Stacy Adams are the most comfortable. I can begin wearing them right out of the box, no "break-in" period. That is unusual for a good looking dress shoe. Great style, looks, comfortable; Stacy Adams has it all!!

Greatest gift ever. I have been looking for a purple Stacy Adams shoe for a long time now for my father. I finally found them on Zappos and ordered them for my dad for his 74th birthday. He loved them as well as everyone who has seen him in them. He talks about his shoes to all his friends and family. Everyone is asking now, where did you buy those shoes and I refer them to Zappos.com.

Chestnut Kid With Lizard Print Leather - Great look and feel. I received several unsolicited compliments. The leather soles give them a dressier look than rubber soles. Of course, they are slippery until the soles become scuffed.

I LOVE these shoes! I love Zappos cuz I get to shop for colorful shoes and that would take forever if I was looking in stores. I also love that I can return any shoes that do not fit or look good once I can see them in person. Recently, I bought a pair of these Stacy Adams Madison shoes (in with a larger order that mostly go sent back). I bought the celery (green) ones, and they are great shoes. They are very comfortable and the soft colors are gorgeous. I liked them so much I bought the yellow ones, although they are more butterscotch than yellow. I also placed an alert to email me when the solid blue ones came in, and those, too, are now being shipped as I write this. The shoes are great. Men should break out of the all black or brown idea about shoes, and the soft colors and wonderful fit of these shoes would be a good place to start. Specify 1/2 size larger than you normally wear when ordering these shoes.

Good Shoe - Excellent shoe. Looks great, only down side is comfort. Not uncomfortable, but not like walking on air. A normal men’s dress shoe.

3rd time's a charm - Having bought two other colors of this model, the black one fit! The looks are good, although the different coloring on the edges of the sole are somewhat distracting in all three I've bought. Look out for the patent leather black - I mean how often am I going to wear them? Twice so far!

Incredible Service-Awesome Shoe - I'm very impressed with the service of Zappos.com. I ordered at 4pm central time and still received the shoe next day. Now that’s fast!! On the shoe: I've search and searched for a new shoe, one with style and comfort and durability. I've checked probably everyone of them here on the Zappos site along with all the local retail stores. I never found anything I liked until I came across this pair of Stacy Adams. I saw it had 122 reviews all positive, took everyone’s advice by ordering a 1/2 size smaller than normal and ordered this shoe. I must say that this shoe is awesome! It's my first pair of Stacy Adams and definitely won’t be my last. Thanks to everyone's reviews, it helped me to decide on this shoe. The only thing I didn't like about the shoe was the shoe strings, which I easily replaced with dress shoe strings. This shoe is really comfortable, classy and worth every penny!

Stacy Adams a hit - I have been ordering and wearing these shoes from Zappos for years. They fit right and wear right. Great shoes! Don't much care for the brown soles and the white stitching but they are gone with the first polish anyway.

Comfort for an older man - As a boy, I grew up wearing the older style Stacy Adams shoes to school. At that time, I did not like them in the 1960's. As I grew into manhood, I realized the value of such a pair of high class shoes. Now that I am an older man in my 50's, Stacy Adams Madison is all I wear for dress and casual wear. It is such a stylish shoe and does not have such a high heel. I wear the lace up dress shoes, and it is a really comfortable shoe. I would compare this shoe style to be compared with the top shoes of Bostonian, Florsheim, and Bates. I have worned all these brands, and I have decided to stay with the Stacy Adams shoes. I have introduced my son who is in elementary school to the wearing of Stacy Adams brand shoes!

Like a Glove - I slipped these babies on and was amazed! They were so comfortable; they fit like a glove. They shined so much I had to put on my sunglasses (I even did my hair in them!). I highly recommend them, especially men who need help getting a date.

Love the shoe - My husband has worn these shoes for years. (He is 54 y/o) My dad is 78 y/o and has worn them for years as well. They have become very hard to find so we just took the chance to go online and there you all were. The "view" and "angles" helped us to get the exact shoe that he had here at home, (that he had worn a hole into). We desperately needed another pair and were pleased with the shoe when it arrived. We were also pleased with the expedience of which we ordered and received the shoe. Thanks Zappos for being there. We had to have THAT shoe!

Comfort and Style - I have worn Stacy Adams Madison for over fifty years. This is the only shoe I wear and I have over thirty pairs. I purchase 4 to 12 pairs at a time; the shoe is so comfortable and has style. When going to an affair I always get compliments from females as well as males. I have never heard a man being complimented wearing any other shoe. If you want style, comfort, and compliments buy Stacy Adams Madison.
