What do I do with these? - These shoes are soooo cute, but not very comfortable. I tried to wear them a couple of times hoping to stretch them out because they are adorable, but to no avail. There is tightness in the toe and it is not at all forgiving material.

Not comfortable - This shoe is too stiff for comfort, and I'm not one to forgo comfort for style. I sent it back and replaced it with: Ros Hommerson Luxor.

I really love these shoes. I can't wear heels anymore due to a foot injury, so I have been looking for dressy, pretty flat shoes. It's not easy! These fit the bill perfectly. The wide fits very well as the Medium felt a bit tight. The look works well with a skirt or slacks. Will look for more like this!

Fitzwell Stacy - This shoe is great! Looks dressy, but has a low heel for those who have knee or hip problems. Also has gel pads inside and non-slip pads on the outside. Comes with a shoe bag. Good value and fit for the money.

Finish peeled after 3 days - I returned this shoe after only 3 days of business-day wear. The toe finish peeled and flaked off.

Just a darling shoe! Because I have a size 5 foot, I am very careful about the brand of shoe I buy. Fitzwell has always had the "perfect fit". This model was a bit tight; little snug. But the style is so perfect. Please, design your shoes to a perfect size. Because this brand is usually outstanding. I love Zappos.

Fitzwell Stacey - I love the look of the shoe - it's just a little different than most of the flats I've seen and is dressy enough to wear with dress pants or skirts. I have problems with most shoes having too wide heels and this was no exception. I put in a pair of heel pads, and that seemed to resolve the problem. I don't know that I'd choose these shoes for extensive walking, but they are perfect for dressier occasions. I didn't find the gel pads a major factor either in terms of comfort or discomfort.

Received my first pair of FITZWELL's, at the time promised. These shoes are comfortable and the built-in gel insole is very unique. After surgery on both feet, these shoes feel wonderful.

Great Shoe - This is one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. The fit is perfect and it looks good with skirts or pants.

Cute but disappointing - I ordered a 7.5 WW and an 8 W. Usually I fit comfortably in either size. However, this time they were clearly very small. I might try an 8.5 WW. Beware, they do run small in width and length. But I really want them to work. It is so difficult to find flat shoes other than those ugly ballerina types that go well with skirts and dresses.

Ouch!!!! This is a case of "it looked better in the picture!". I bought these shoes looking for a cute low heel, that was not a loafer, which I could wear to work. Not the case!!! They were way too narrow in the toe and seemed too wide on the sides. Also they have no support whatsoever. I did like the gel insoles that the brand is known for and will try a different style, however, Stacey is going back!!!

Love, Love, Love the Fitzwell Stacey - I injured my back in an automobile accident and was searching for a cute, comfortable, low heel shoe to wear to the office. My little sister recommended this web site. I am in the process of ordering a second pair in a different color. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I was concerned with ordering on-line since my right leg tends to swell with tennis shoes. I ordered a 1/2 size larger and have no problems wearing them for 8 hours a day.

The shoe does fit well - The shoe look was exactly what I was looking for. The size is good and so is the width. However, the gel inserts don't really help and cause pressure points around the edge.

Wonderful shoes! Over my lifetime I have bought a lot of shoes but never on line without trying them on first. I must say these shoes were extremely comfortable and I've gotten more compliments on them than any other shoe I've ever bought! I will definitely shop at ZAPPOS.COM again!

Too flat... If you have flat feet, these may work for you, but they have very little arch support, which made wearing them a pain for my slight arches. I got them in the black peau. They looked really cute and felt pretty comfortable with the gel insoles, but they also felt stiff and didn't "bend" with my feet when I walked. I liked them visually, with the little bow and the subtle flair and dressiness. I figure I just need shoes with more arch and heel height. I will have to keep looking for better fitting ballet flats.

Comfortable Flat - This pair of shoes felt a little strange when I first put them on. I wasn't sure I would like the installed "gel pads." Today is the first day I've worn them for any length of time and I have to say they feel great. And I love the semi-rounded toe -- very comfy. I also love the look -- a tad bit dressy but casual at the same time.

Wide feed love these shoes! Finally! A shoe in wide that runs as wide as it should. I also have a high arch, and this shoe accommodated it without cutting across the top of my foot. Really cute ballet flat that I'll wear again and again. Highly recommended.

Perfect work shoe - I've tried a lot of shoes and have found that these are perfect. Stylish, comfortable, well made. Just right. I am about to buy my second pair, this time in black leather. The first pair was the suede.

Skimmer - Much, much narrower then marked. Very nice looking flat shoe and over all comfortable. The gel cushions are a nice idea, they may be misapplied here though as they cause extra sweaty feet in our hot, humid weather. I will probably be removing them and adding some kind of more comfortable, absorbent material. Very sleek and nice looking shoe. Good for walking.

Great shoes, but they run a 1/2 size small! These are very cute shoes and are nice because they are a bit different than your standard ballet flat. Very appropriate for work but also cute with jeans. The one strange thing about them is that they are very comfortable until right at the end of the day, they start to rub a bit. I've worn them only a few times at this point, so maybe that will stop eventually.

Nice but... I bout this shoe in brown for work. Style-wise it is perfect. It has enough style to be a little different but it is conservative and dressy enough for the office. I generally wear a 9M. I bought a 9W. The two problems I have with the shoe are that the toe box is very shallow so my big toe is always pressed down on. The other issue I have are those gel pads and it is not the pads per say, but that they are set into the insole so that you can feel the ridge where the pad meets the insole. It doesn't hurt, just annoying. I kept the shoe, I wear it to work and it looks very nice. Just, this is an eh shoe.

Sweet Summer Shoe - For a flat, this has a graceful heel; not the usual chunky tacked-on look, at all. I thought this shoe ran a bit large. The built-in gel pads are a nice touch, and the shoe looks lovely on the foot. The beige color is especially nice for summer wear.
