The Capi shoes by Bostonian/Clarks are very stylish and one of the most comfortable dress shoes I have yet to own. However, like others have commented, they do make noise when you walk after a few months of wearing the shoes. I keep them looking good by moisturizing the leather. The newest edition to this type of shoe is the Clarks Un-Structured series. They are even more comfortable.

Good at first but become uncomfortable within 6 months. These shoes were nice in the beginning; they looked professional and were comfortable. After the shoe was broken in and worn every business day for 6 months the soles began to squeak and the shoe was uncomfortable. Nothing is more embarrassing than walking down a long hallway with squeaky rubber like sounds coming from every footstep. I must reiterate this did not happen initially and the shoes soles were quiet.

Look really sweet, but noisy - These shoes looks really great, fit really well go with all kinds of outfits. Drawback is the material used for the sole squeaks on certain surfaces, particularly smooth surfaces like wood floors or synthetic tile. Fit is a 1/2 size larger than marked.

Oversized - I wear a 10.5. When I got my first pair, it was huge, so I returned and ordered a 10. It's also too big. Will be trying a 9.5 (a full size smaller than what I usually wear)...

Best dress shoe I've owned - Great casual/dress shoe. Extremely light-weight and very comfortable. My only complaint is that the arch support isn't spectacular. However, I love these shoes too much and will be buying another pair to replace my current ones (that I've worn nearly every day for the last 1.5 years).

Just What I Was Looking For - I saw this shoe in a local mall & loved it, but they didn't have my size. Found it here at Zappos & it was even cheaper than the mall!! It's a Bostonian so you know the quality is there. Love the modern look to it -- not too formal, not too casual. As a letter carrier that walks 8 miles a day, I KNOW a comfortable shoe when I find one. Absolutely love this one!! (No, I'm not using this shoe for work.) After making an exchange, I found a 10 1/2 EE was a PERFECT fit. And if you do have to make an exchange, don't sweat it. It's a completely painless process. Zappos service was more than accommodating. The BEST customer service I've ever dealt with -- anywhere!!

Looks great but not super comfortable - These shoes look great, providing the perfect blend between business casual and dress. They do not, however, provide great comfort. Take into consideration that the front of the shoe is slightly narrowed, this may limit your toe space. Also the 2pod insole is quite the joke. My first week with the shoes I found my feet to be in pain. On initial examination the 2pod insole looks great, that is until you take them out. I took the 2pod insoles out to find out they are actually very thin and do not provide much shock absorption/comfort at all. They merely serve the purpose of psychological relief. I replaced these insoles with Dr. Scholl's insoles. This improved the comfort of the shoe but I would still only give it a three/five. I would not recommend these shoes if comfort is your top priority.

Comfortable, yet classy - Really fit perfect right out of the box. Other reviewers were exactly right in suggesting that you buy a half size smaller than usual. Overall, an excellent value and comfortable office/dress shoe.

IT Administrator - Bostonians as a class have given me a great fit and comfort over the years. The Capi is no exception. Classy looks in a style that commands attention no matter the social setting.

Comfortable Shoe - Based on previous reviews, I purchased this shoe 1/2 size smaller than my normal size and the length was perfect. The shoes are a little stiffer than anticipated, but they seem to be getting softer as I wear them. Overall I am very pleased with the shoes.

Comfortable, Dependable Shoe - Great looking shoe, padding in the ball of the foot is a must! Usually with a Bostonian slip on you'll have to go a half size down.

Excellent Shoe - What a great shoe, this is by far one of the best shoes Ive ever had. Even though this shoe felt a half size larger then what I wear, its a slip on so guarantee that mostly any slip on will run big.

Comfort and Style - These are some of the most comfortable shoes I have owned. They are stylish to wear to work or with jeans on the weekend. Would be tough to pull these off with a suit, but for everything else they are great.

Good but check size - Comfortable shoe and really nice for the price. I usually wear a size 12, but for this shoe I had to go down a full size to 11.
