Look:These boots are very beautiful and an excellent investment. I don't spend a lot of money on clothes, but shoes are different and I know that these boots will last at least 4 more winters. (I'm all about function meets fashion.) I have worn them in the pouring rain, no snow, yet!, and they perform wonderfully. They look chic and clean and provide some nice extra height. I don't have to worry about scuffing or wearing like a leather boot. The soles are a nice, durable plastic with treads for slippery conditions. They're professional for wearing to work with a suit, and I mean going to work in a blizzard, rain storm as well as dry, pleasant weather. They are also perfect for casual and dressy occasions. A dream boot, really! Some things to think about: This boot is truly for cold, snow and rain. If it's 60+ degrees outside, your feet will be too hot and sweaty. So, for those of you that are looking for that perfect fall boot, these may not be for you. These are for the gal who needs a cold fall/harsh winter boot. And for those who are not used to height, these may take a little getting used to in that way. (I think there are very similar others by this brand that are lower.) Last detail, I suggest cotton socks for comfort and cushion. If you can afford these, you are making a great investment for the next few years. Stay warm, classy and beautiful!

Look:Nice looking boots, just the right height to look comfortable in or just standing around on your feet. Not much arch support. I walked around Paris in these boots and got blisters on the bottom of my feet at the end of the day. Haven't worn the boots since; will try and walk in them again and see. As always though, Zappos is the place to go for shoes.

Look:If you like this look, sleek with the wedge, which I really do, this is the perfect boot for you. For some reason I\'ve taken to wedges rather than heels for all my looks. These boots are extremely comfortable, much more comfortable than a traditional boot because the fabric is so flexible. They are perfect.

The most comfortable boots. They are the most comfortable boots I have ever owned. It is like walking in sneakers. The fabric is strong, but light enough that the boots could be worn in spring and fall. The seamless fabric from the boot shaft to the platform makes my legs look slim and long and it goes well with both jeans and skirts.

Look:Love this boot so much that I bought a second pair though my 2 year old pair still looks brand new. So comfortable you can wear them all day. Easy to walk in. I get compliments constantly. When you wear them indoors for awhile your legs don\'t overheat since the fabric breathes. But if you then go out into extreme cold, your legs will feel cold initially but that feeling is temporary and the boots will keep you warm. So chic. I haven\'t worn them in deep snow or heavy rain because I have other boots for that purpose. These are stylish and comfy all day long!

Buy these immediately!! This is an absolutely adorable boot! The picture does not do it justice, they fit perfect (I have average size calves and feet) and make my legs, ankles and feet look slender. They are very comfortable, too! Take it from a boot fan; these are the perfect item to add to your collection!

La Canadienne's Gaetana - This boot is pretty comfy, and I think I could wear it all day happily, but I can't get over the huge tread on the bottom. I thought it looked kind of moon boot-like. The rest of it is pretty cute, but with the wedge heel the big tread just looks silly. I tried it on with socks with cables on them which did not show through the boot. I think someone else complained about that. My friend liked the boot, & said my problem is that it's too "modern" for me, so take that however you will.

I love these boots!!!!! They are BEAUTIFUL, comfortable, and FUN to wear with knee-length skirts. Can be casual or dressy.

La Canadienne's Gaetana - Nice boot. I have thin legs and appreciated that this (mostly) stayed snug to my calf. Comfortable and functional while still looking stylish.

Cool and comfy - I love these boots. They were a little more than I wanted to spend, but I am happy with their style and comfort and I know they will be worth it because I'm going to wear them a lot. They look great with both skirts and jeans, and they feel good. Great buy.

Great shoes - I bought these boots for a trip and they were very comfortable. The only problem I encountered was after getting them wet they now smell. I am disappointed because they are supposed to be waterproof.

Wow, these are the dream Doc Martins...NOT stiff at all and NOT two pounds of brick on your feet but with the chunky Doc look. Plenty of room for a wider foot. I'm a small size 7 and these are roomy even buckled down. I could do with a thicker sock. But fun look, like a classic British school kid on top but with a smart aleck attitude in the soul (sole). And Zappos upgraded my free shipping and they arrived in what seemed like hours after I\'d purchased them. Slight exaggeration but barely. Great service!

Great winter boot - I love that this looks pretty dressy but is warm and comfy. The only thing I don't love is the "tread" look on the bottom of the shoe. It is good for grip, but I think it could be toned down. Other than that, I am very happy with this purchase.

Worth the Price - Wonderful, gorgeous boot. Not too high, not too low for a short gal (5'2). Love how it is slightly snug on leg, very comfortable, & water proof. Only drawback is it needs a little more cushioning on the inside, but easily fixed with Dr. Scholl's insert. This is not a "flavor of the season" boot; it is classy & can be worn every fall/winter season.

These boots are great! With only one problem. The boots are very comfortable, just a little high for me personally. They really look nice on and are very fashionable. They are also very waterproof. The only problem is that your foot sweats inside the boot and they don't breathe. However, they are so lovely that I just put up with that. An NYC girl in Vermont needs a fashionable waterproof boot, sweaty foot or not.

This boot is ok, not as great as I thought it would be - This boot is ok. The stretch fabric is quite tight but when I finally get my foot into the shoe it is quite roomy even with my thick athletic wool sock which fills the space pretty well. The "shoe" part feels a whole size too big. I wear a size 5. The sock of course is visible thru the very snug fabric. I bought these to wear with skirts and tights, so it's not exactly the look I was after. The wedge is nice and I was able to walk to and from work a mile each way, so that is why I am keeping them, however for a day at the museum, my feet hurt a lot! The shoe part has zero flexibility and is very hard! Though the wedge is rubber and cushions. Don't think I will buy this brand again. I love my suede Espace wedge boots, I bought 2 years ago and have worn them out walking miles and miles in comfort and I was looking to replace them, but alas they are no longer available.

Love these boots! I was initially looking for fashionable boots, with little thought for the slush and muck we have in Midwestern winters. Luckily I found these boots, and their practical attributes were combined with the looks I wanted. They are remarkably sturdy in the snow, and the heel is tremendously comfortable. They keep my feet nice and warm. Also, the microfiber stretches beautifully and works with my large-ish calves. One thing to keep in mind -- putting them on for the first time is a bear! Keep with it because every subsequent time I have worn them they have gone on like a dream.

The boot is very simple and well-made. Unfortunately, the boot did not have enough arch and ankle support, nor was the toe box wide enough for long wear comfort. If you have bunions and very thin legs then you might want to choose another boot.

Fantastic boots! I received these boots today, put them on right away, and haven't taken them off. The stretch material really massages your legs and I can tell they are going to be very warm. These boots do have a bit of a platform styling to them which looks great. The only reason I gave these boots 4 stars for looks is that the back heel could be designed to be a bit more elegant, but no worries, I think I'll get over that tid-bit quickly. I wear a size 8 1/2 wide in an ideal world and these boots in a size 9 fit very well. They are a little tight across the widest part of my foot but I think they'll stretch out some over time. Comfortable Waterproof Healed Boot - I'm very pleased with my purchase. They are incredibly comfortable and waterproof so they are great for those unexpected large rain puddles. I'm not sure I would wear these with a skirt, because I am not that fond of the look, but they work for me as someone who walks a lot in a large North East city.
