These are not what they used to be. They still have the cool retro looks that still has style in today's casual world. But the build quality was surely lacking and felt thin and cheap. Thank gosh I am not doing full court presses or running brutal wind sprints or guarding a fast foe. They would not have held up to what they use to be. But this 50 year old still likes the causal cool looks at the backyard cookout!

They Glow In The Dark! I wanted to add to my review - I got the red ones and the white on them glows in the dark. I don't know if any other color selection does, but I noticed it just a couple days ago. It makes the shoe 1000 times cooler than it actually is.

The Coolest Shoe - This is by far one of the best looking shoes I've ever owned. I get compliments on them all the time. I got the black and red ones. As for fit, they didn't have my size (10.5) so I got 11, so I can't comment if they felt true to size. Width was somewhat wide, a little bigger than marked.

Delicious - I get so many compliments on these shoes that I have to stop wearing them every now and again because it has the tendency to get annoying. lol. I love them nonetheless and I will continue to purchase Adidas for as long as they continue to make them! I had to return my normal size for a larger because it was too small. I suggest buying them larger than your normal size as well.

Great old skool shoe - If you dig the tongue over the jeans and the old skool look, get these shoes. I have the black and white ones and they are very cool.

Perfect shoe for Power lifting! The Top Ten Hi is the perfect shoe for Power lifting. It is strong, firm, well balanced and excellent arch support plus comfortable and the look is super. Check the pictures of Mr. Ed Coan a World Champion in Power lifting and look his Top Ten Hi. I use them too.

Excellent - I have always loved the Adidas original's top ten for as long as I can remember. My first pair were all white and red and blue and I fell in love with them ever since. I would not change a thing about these shoes, so as long as you continue to make them I promise to keep buying them. You have a customer for life. Also please notify me of anymore top ten originals that you may have or will have.

30 years of Adidas - I've been buying and wearing Adidas for about 30 + years and really just wanted to write this review for those first time buyers and those who have returned them thinking there to small or to tight. They’re not, this is how Adidas manufactures thei shoes or at least it seems that way. If you wear a size 11, order a size 11 whatever your normal size is order that size trust me after 30 years every pair I've ever purchased seems tight at first. And personally I'd rather they be tight then loose since there leather and leather has a tendency to stretch especially when your feet perspire. I purchased this particular shoe about a month ago and finally put them on just before writing this review to start the break in process not that there’s anything wrong with them there's not; I just have about 8 other pairs to choose from and was saving these for X-Mas eve going out to dinner shoes. I personally do not wear or own any dress shoes nor would I these will do. It's hard to rate this shoe based on Zappos criteria at first you may find them narrower than marked or a half size smaller than marked, There not, I've always found them to have excellent arch support (all adidas) but that also depends on your feet. Mine are relatively flat. So any amount of support is noticeable. I am very pleased with this shoe with the fit and looks and will be buying another pair as soon as the price comes down a little.

Old school sweetnest - Most of the shoes I buy are old school high top basketball shoes. I usually don't play in them but they are one of the best high top shoes I've ever worn and seen
