Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Your order status will be available 24 to 48 hours after your order has been placed, by simply clicking on the "My Account" link at the top right corner of every page of our site. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.
Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A: For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 5 - 10 business days.
Q: Can I expedite my shipping?
A: Currently we do not offer expedited shipping, but we are working hard to provide that option for our customers at canada.Zappos.com.
Q: How will my package pass through Canada customs?

By ordering goods from Zappos.com, Inc., you hereby authorize a licensed Canadian customs broker chosen by Zappos.com, Inc. to act as your agent and transact business with Revenue Canada to clear your merchandise, account for duties and taxes, return your merchandise to Zappos.com, Inc. and prepare and submit refund claims on your behalf for any merchandise that you return.
You understand that Revenue Canada will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the customs broker and you will obtain any refund directly from Zappos.com, Inc. In this connection, you also authorize the customs broker to endorse any refund cheque issued by Revenue Canada in your name, so that Zappos.com, Inc. can be reimbursed.

Q: What do you charge for standard shipping an order?
A: Our standard shipping (5-10 business days) to you is $10, with no minimum order size requirements. However, because we are shipping from our warehouse in the United States to Canada, import fees still apply, and will vary depending on the province being shipped to. Please note this is a non-refundable fee.
