Q: I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

A: Items purchased between November 20th and December 25th may be returned if postmarked within 60 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original shoe box. Items purchased outside this time frame will adhere to our 30 day return policy. A: For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 5 - 10 business days.

You understand that Revenue Canada will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the customs broker and you will obtain any refund directly from Zappos.com, Inc. Q: What do you charge for standard shipping an order?

A: Our standard shipping (5-10 business days) to you is $10, with no minimum order size requirements. However, because we are shipping from our warehouse in the United States to Canada, import fees still apply, and will vary depending on the province being shipped to. Please note this is a non-refundable fee.

Q: When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?

A: Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for credit card payment.

Q: I want to know if you carry a specific brand/color/size/width?

A: Click on the Search button and you will be taken to a page where you can enter multiple search criteria and you will be shown a list of all items on our site that meet this criteria.

Q: Do you do back orders?

A: canada.Zappos.com does not offer back orders. We offer real time inventory, which means if you are able to place an item in your shopping cart, then that item is in stock and available for purchase.

Q: Do you have a catalog?

A: Currently, we have a 'virtual' catalog. Our entire product line is online, we do not have a physical catalog.
